I literally have gone 2 days out of the week and have lost 25 lbs over the last 4 months. They motivate you and push you to get that work and you do it without even knowing. The facility is also outdated and in need of repairs. At times, parts of the gym have leaked and become unusable, making the limited space even more challenging to navigate during busy hours. Considering how small and outdated the gym is, the membership fees feel overpriced for what's being offered. Because of this, we've often chosen to drive farther to another gym where we feel we get better value for the money.

Studio 3:23 was a Godsend for our family. Our daughters struggle with confidence. They wanted to dance, but were so unsure of themselves. None of the students have to sit around and wait their turn. Every class has four to five stations that the students rotate through so they are practicing the entire time. They have plenty of equipment too. The coaches are vigilant and I've never felt like my daughter was at risk for an injury. Some of the students may struggle a bit more than some of their peers but the coaches give an equal amount of attention to all of the students. I'm not certain they limit the number of students per class but I believe they do because there is never more than 8 or 10 students per class, at least that I have seen. They do have multiple classes going at once so sometimes it's pretty hectic but the coaches are on top of it! The coaches are so sweet so if your worried your kid might not be the best and they'll feel discouraged it really isn't an issue! The price is fantastic and they offer extra lessons (like a tutoring session) for a very good price. I highly recommend.
