The worst place to take your child. We were so excited to have my daughter start dance class until…read morewe met the teacher, Ms. Kelly. She was extremely rude and hateful, even grabbed my daughter and then started to hold her down when she tried to get away from her. When I asked the teacher to stop and told her she is scaring her, her response was "well she can either come participate or go sit with you!!" Considering she just turned 2, I thought this was very inappropriate and unprofessional. When I called to ask for a new class with a different teacher, I was told that the policy was to be "hands on" if a child isn't listening. She's TWO!! Doesn't exactly understand things and it was her FIRST class to try! Luckily I got a refund but would advise anyone with a young child to stay away from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It feels like they continue adding new members even though the gym is already packed no matter the day or time you go. It can make workouts frustrating and difficult to fully enjoy. One thing I also didn't appreciate was the constant news channels playing in the cardio room. Many people go to the gym to de-stress and take a break from world events, so having news on all the TVs takes away from that atmosphere. Most gyms usually play sports or music instead. If news channels are going to be shown, it would be better to include a variety of viewpoints rather than only one-sided coverage. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving the gym for several reasons. Another frustrating experience was the cancellation process. Even after going in person and signing the cancellation paperwork, my card continued to be charged, and it was not easy getting the membership properly canceled.
