I hate to say it, but most gas station washes I've used over the years do a better job cleaning and drying the car. They do keep all the microfiber towels you can use at the vacuum bays to finish drying the car - it took 5 to get the remaining water off a Mini Cooper. I finished washing the car using a spray solution set out. That's great, but it would be better if their automated car wash did the job. They do have great vacuum pressure and hand held air-gun for blowing out cracks and crevices that will let you get the interior as clean as you like. Bring your own cleaning products for the interior. I'd come back to use those features once and a while, but would not pay regularly just to use their wash.

The first time my husband took the car through the wash, he came home saying the entire place smelled terrible and that the wash left a strange white film all over the car. About a week later, I went myself, and the experience was honestly disgusting. The second I entered the car wash, the smell was overwhelming -- like sewage, rotten eggs, and stagnant dirty water. It was so strong that I could barely tolerate being there. While going through the wash, I actually saw a large amount of bright yellow water come down from above onto my car. It genuinely looked and smelled like dirty sewage water. Afterward, when I started wiping the car down, it was once again covered in a white film. I couldn't even stay long enough to properly vacuum because the smell was so bad. Before leaving, I asked another woman who was vacuuming her car if she noticed the smell too. She immediately said yes and that it smelled absolutely horrible. She had been wondering the same thing. I then went to the kiosk and asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager available. I explained that I wanted to cancel my membership because of the smell and because it appeared that dirty water was being used to wash the vehicles. The employee's response was, "Oh yeah, they have to change the water." That honestly made the situation even more concerning. I asked how the car wash could continue operating if they knew the water needed to be changed and customers' cars were still being washed with it. I was then told they could not cancel my membership there and that I would have to call. The problem is that every time I call, nobody answers. I absolutely would not recommend this place based on our experience. The smell was unbearable, the car was left with a white residue both times, and the customer service afterward was extremely frustrating. I'm also hoping to receive a refund for the membership because we will not be returning.

He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

I used a credit card for a cycle that I promptly ended at 2 min. Nowhere was a CC ost posted but I saw the machine say it was $5. On my CC statement it shows as $10. I would steer clear of this place -- it's a rip off.

Zac was familiar with the details of my car model which I appreciated and took the time to listen to and review all my concerns to my satisfaction before ending the call. He was able to fit me in despite short notice. Pricing was fair, he started at the most basic for my well maintained vehicle with the potential to add on as needed once he saw the car. On the day of, he arrived on time and let me know when he started and completed my unattended car (I was at work). He left my key as arranged and ensured that I was happy before even bringing up payment. I was very impressed by his transparency, professionalism and attention to detail.
