Great beers (the pawpaw beer was fantastic), amazing, social setting was conducive to lots of hangout and the bartender was very friendly with Great suggestions. The best kept secret is theur BBQ food truck on site. Highly recommend the pull pork Sammy with spicy BBQ sauce.

We specifically went to hear a band on a Saturday night. The place was packed and the music was loud. We ended up parking across the street in an additional parking lot. The food was a barbecue truck outside and we chose not to order because it was so hard to get a seat. Order your drinks at the bar because there isn't a wait staff to take your order. My advice is to come early to get a seat on the main floor. We had to climb the steps upstairs to a loft area to sit. Neat venue.

Beautiful location and grounds! So glad we got to check it out during the beautiful fall season. Service was super friendly and quick. Good amount of options for beverages and well priced! Also, a very dog friendly place which is always a plus. Would love to come back with our dogs next time. I do wish their website was more updated on their food options. We were under the impression they had pizza, but looks like with new ownership that might have changed now? They had a BBQ option there which was nice, but wasn't sure if this was regular or rotates out? Info like that would be really helpful for visitors!

This is a nice place to come if you have a MANLY man and a girl who likes wine or visa versa. Going to a place that has good beer AND good wine is rare They have many beer choices and they also have wine!! That's a win However - they have no "food". They do have "snacks" like chips and stuff

    Nice, spacious outdoor area!

It's been a hot minute since we've been out to Rockmill in Lancaster. (think pre pandemic). We were camping out at A.W. Marion State Park and thought why not knock off some of the CBus Ale Trail. We sat outside, as we had our dog with us. Rockmill provided a dog dish for our four legged kid. This was the first time we've been out to Rockmill since the expansion/the pandemic. We'll definitely head south from Columbus again soon. The pizza was a delight. Pizza sauce was a pizza sauce (meaning that it hadn't been can cooked prior to being added to the crust). We had the burrata (burrata, basil, and a San Marzano sauce). Paired well with the glass of rosé grenache I had. Charcuterie was nice but there was no explanation as to what the cheeses or meats were. I sorted out that one was a prosciutto (heavily smoked). There was what seemed like pickled jicama on the plate as well. (It did make me miss the charcuterie/breads & fats at Rockmill Tavern in Columbus. Fingers crossed they reopen!!

Giving this a two because the outside sitting was amazing. The IPA they had was horrible and I poured it out. Come to find out the place is in foreclosure and will be closing soon. As someone at another brewery suggested the beer may have been horrible as they have not made any fresh beer lately. Hope someone buys the place and does something wonderful, as it is beautiful and set in the woods.

Another review for me on Rockmill. My first review for Rockmill was a few years ago, but had been back to Rockmill over the last few years. The brewery is built on acres of a horse farm. The location of the new tasting room ( since the last time I was there) is on the right when you pull in to the lot. There is more parking across the street. The tasting room has large windows which gives lots of natural light. There are a variety of tables to accommodate different size of groups. The bar area is nice. The fireplace is a nice touch. Beer flights are available, which was a great way to try a variety of beers. There are tasty light beers. The salted chocolate chip pistachio cookie was delicious. Colin our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers being offered.

What a fantastic hidden gem. This place definitely has that wow factor. The entire place is amazing. Service is spot on and the food is super yum. How can you go wrong with a wood pizza oven and some of the best beer around. Go you will not regret it.

Stopped here as it was on the ale trail list. Overall a very nice venue with indoor and outdoor seating. Our server was very friendly, this establishment has food so we opted to try the wood fired pizza. We ordered a standard pepperoni. Overall it was a good pizza, could have used a few more slices of pepperoni as it was placed sparingly atop the wood fired crust. Overall a nice hangout spot, I would eat before or after as I think you can get a better value elsewhere.

Okay, as a whole I love this Brewery. The grounds are amazing and it just feels like they've dealt out in the work to make the space amazing. We ended up sitting outside with our friends by the heater and it kept us decently warm. Not really my first choice since it was drizzly but I didn't choose the seating. There is plenty of outside seating as well as a nice overhang. We brought our pup as well. Big win for dog friendly. The bar service was good. We had to go inside to order but it was quick and they brought our food outside. I got a sour and enjoyed it and also a pizza. Pepperoni one that I added mushrooms. It was good, nothing to write home about but very much good bar food. My group however was not a fan of the popcorn. All in all, a great place to hang with friends!

Pizza and cookies. Peppers and Parmesan.

Y'all. Listen. Don't come here for the beer, which is amazing. Don't come here for the wood fired pizza, which is amazing!!! Come here for the bourbon molasses snap cookie!!!! Wow. It is so chewy and delicious with a nice bite of ginger! The beers were all delicious, the petite saison was my favorite. The peppers and Parmesan was super delicious and spicy due to the chili peppers! The baked goods are maid by _cloudery on Instagram and they are top of line for us. We had a few beers, a couple of pizzas, but the cookies and brownies were to die for! The special today was a three cheese lobster pizza - everyone was getting it around us. We will definitely be back to try the remainder of the beers on the list. Wow!

Rockmill Brewery was our first restaurant in-dining experience since Covid began. They have very expansive grounds so it is fairly easy to maintain social distancing. We had gone there with a bunch of friends and I highly recommend it. They have a variety of local beers, which were quite good. They also have a "farm menu", which was quite good I thought. Excellent service, Lovely location (although a bit far from us), and good food. Just make sure to tell them that you'd like an extended reservation when you book otherwise you may have to give up your table :), which happened to us, but it was fine, because we just brought chairs and sat in a separate location and they still served us.

Today was our first time back at Rockmill in several years and we finally got to experience the new taproom! The new building is gorgeous, there's plenty of tables indoors and outdoors as well as seats at the bar. The property is dog friendly which is probably my favorite part! You can also keep your tab open if you go from the farmhouse to the taproom, so you definitely can roam around while you enjoy your beer or wine. The taproom now offers a good menu with amazing brick oven fired pizzas. Get the ribeye pizza, you won't regret it! So happy to see one of our favorite spots is thriving.

We ordered two drinks, a Moscow mule and N/A beer; the cashew queso, the deconstructed chicken cordon bleu, and the brisket mac and cheese. Drinks were great. The queso was super thick and more like a black bean dip, so that didn't hit right. Dinner arrived and looked great, but the chicken was bland and really just felt like a chunk of meat to get through. The mac and cheese was OK, but be aware it is covered in a sweet BBQ sauce and is more of a braised brisket than smoked BBQ. Our server was great, and the atmosphere was great. But all of that above decent at best food came to a total of around $100 (just about $30 per entree) for a party of two. My wife and I go about once a year for a meal that expensive and it is not for the quality of food we spent at 58 West. I'd say 58W needs to either lower their prices or the consumer needs to lower their expectations and head somewhere else.

In the small unassuming town of Logan, OH, sits this lovely restaurant that is winery, brewery AND distillery! There was something for everyone. It helps that it was a gorgeous day, so we got to enjoy their giant outdoor space. We were seated so quickly, and their cauliflower crust flatbread was excellent. You will have to try to sweet potato fries with the delicious cream cheese dip. Pairs well with the maple beer.

You're literally right there in the brewery. The tables downstairs in front of the bar were really close together so we moved up to the small upstairs area. It's actually right outside the kitchen. It was nice up there. It's basically a loft area overlooking the main part of the bar. Felt really bad for the two really young guys working the kitchen all by themselves. They were super slammed. They did the best they could but the food took a really long time. We got there Buffalo chicken loaded fries. Wow were they good. They were out of pulled pork so that was kind of disappointing but I guess we will have to go another time. We got this smoked brisket bacon dip. It was delicious. Wish it was a larger portion. My friend got a salad with chicken on it but was rather large. My pizza was alittle over cooked. Close to burnt. It was good there but left overs had a burnt flavor for sure. My husband got the fish and liked it. It has a nice breading and flavor. They had live music that was good. Not super loud. I think we'll give it another try.
