We urgently needed a deep clean / move out for a rental, and had very little options that were well known or of quality service. However, the first small business (Efficient Cleaners) to respond ended up being the BEST cleaning service we've had in over 15 years! We paid extra because it was last minute, but I have never felt so good about every penny spent over a service provided to me and my family! Although I didn't take any before / after photos, I will state that we got our FULL deposit back on our rental and EARLY because they cleaned soo well! Julia and Tory at Efficient Cleaners are a 10 star service in a 5 star world! 100% recommend Efficient Cleaners for anyone needing local, honest, cleaning service providers that take pride in their work!

I've never used a cleaning service before, so didn't know what to expect…read more Joana, the owner, personally toured my condo and listened to my requirements. She agreed to my scope and provided an estimate on the spot. This is contrasted with other services that bid sight unseen via Yelp. Given my needs, I'm pretty sure that would not have gone well. My learning curve point was not staying out of the way. I did a little backseat coaching, which just caused confusion. Let the professionals do it there way. Do be there for a final inspection, but wait till they're done. That being said, the cleaner assigned to my home was definitely speed cleaning. And she did not have firmly in mind all of the scope. No big deal, since I was home when she started packing up, I was able to point out where extra attention was needed. Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting. Joana was fun to meet and is energetic and positive. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this service.

I'm a working mom with an eight month old who is into everything and a 6-year-old who is as messy as any other kiddo, and trying to manage cleaning and working and kids and my sanity has been a challenge. I had fallen behind, and I felt terrible when people would come to visit because I'd do my best to clean, but it just felt like it wasn't enough. Coming home today felt like the biggest weight off of my shoulders. They went above and beyond to make my house feel like a home again getting in all those nooks and crannies where dirt tended to congregate and making it to where I feel like I can finally breathe again. The quality of work was good and I felt like we paid a more than fair price, but when we asked Lavern to come back he scheduled time and missed appointments again and again and now just doesn't reply, so I guess I have to move on to another service that will show up and return calls. 3 stars because if you get them they'll do good work, but not returning messages and no shows are almost as bad as not doing the work at all. We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out.
