Over the last several years Deb and her team have helped me to reach my health and weighloss goals. Deb has a passion and desire to help people, which is evident with every interaction. The scheduling and appointment-setting process is super easy. Whether it's an in-office or a tele-appointment, I always feel valued and heard. I have lost over 50 pounds and I couldn't have done it without the help and care of the Rocklin Weightloss team. If you are ready to make a change and want to receive caring and compassionate help, I highly recommend reaching out to Deb. It was the best decision I made for myself and my future. read more

I've been going to Deb off and on for years through Rocklin Weightloss (two pregnancies kept moving my targets). Understanding personalities, and taking ownership of your part is key. I appreciate the way Deb will hold you accountable, because she truly wants you to succeed. I've never had her flake or miss my appointment. Sometimes it can be a couple minutes late, but similar to a dr's office, that's typical and expected with someone who has a great demand from a large client base as other appointments can go over. It's worth it, and I appreciate her direct approach. Will always recommend Rocklin Weightloss! I've been coming here for a minute and you would figure if they are making changes or yet big changes they would notify their customers? So when you close down the office and only do tele-health appts you figure you would notify your clients?? So you get used to the new norm or program, then the way they handled business in all of their entirety has completely changed. Now they do not prescribe prescriptions no more and their prices gone from 100 dollars with prescription to 550 per month and you refuse to take any type of insurance, that is fraud. read more

I've called 4 times to have my receipts emailed to me and have gotten the same response; "We'll put it together in an email and send it off by this afternoon." On the 5th call I requested to speak with the business owner and was told she'll call me back.  I'm still waiting, and it's been over a week now.  I've given up getting any assistance. I'd settle for a mailed paper copy if the electronic one is too much to handle. The business need better staff. read more

I found this place because it offers semaglutide at a very decent price and it works very well. Rocklin is a bit of a drive for me. They started letting us take a dose home with us, so that saved me on gas and time. The medicine works so I'm happy. The only couple of things I would point out is that the owner, Debra, could be a bit nicer. The nurse she has working for her is super nice but seems to repeat the same questions to me each week. I see her write my answers down, so I'm not sure where she puts them later. Like what's your goal weight, etc. My goal weight isn't going to change from week to week. And they're supposed to be 15 min appointments, and when I arrive, it seems like everyone else is waiting for the same appointment. I think they double book many of the appointments because they don't offer time slots during the day. Only two days a week and in the afternoon when there's so much traffic for me. But I still highly recommend this place. They just need to be a bit more organized, and the company will be booming for sure. read more

Don't waste your time coming to this joke of a place! I had a telehealth appt while I was on MY vacation...Debra the owner was a no show - I gave it another chance and SHE NO SHOWED AGAIN! Never once apologized but was extremely rude! Super unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, ANYWHERE but here! read more

Deb and her staff are incredible! Deb really wants you to succeed on your weight loss journey and offers so many ways to do it! Hypnotherapy, support groups, etc. So happy I came here!! read more

Seriously Deb is the nicest ever. I've been to other clinics and this one hands down is the best one. For starters I emailed them for an appointment- I know it's walk in friendly but I didn't wanna take my chances as I had client meetings and wanted to get enough time for my first appointment. The initial consult consists of weighing in, before picture, BP check, a b12 shot, and nutritional guidance. Again I've been to others before but when you walk in and meet with deb, she's non judgmental and is really there to support you. On top of what my first consult was I received a month supply and another supplement for $140. Honestly it was a steal compared to other places I've been to. Deb also told me I get a 4 week b12 shot as where they charge you extra for that so I'm excited to go back next week for it. I came in on a Wednesday and it's not Sunday and I'm already down 2lbs- keep in mind I'm working out and monitoring my food Intake (bc we all know abs are made in the kitchen). read more

I placed an order of Phen Phen online since 9/21. Paid $20 for shipping and 17 days later I still haven't received my pills. I kept calling the office but no one ever answers the phone. read more

I have been a client at Rocklin weight loss since the beginning of Dec. I was referred by a friend, but she had warned me that the owner could be flaky, & had gotten rude to her over the phone at one point... but, she had said the Simaglutide shots at her office worked, so I gave it a try. I should have ran out of the office as fast as I could the first visit. The Medical assistant couldn't figure out how to convert the measurements & had to call the owner , & she had to call a sec time because she said nothing was labeled in the office so she couldn't tell what was what. My next 3 appts there ( you have to go weekly for shots) there was always a new person working, they would cancel my appt day of, they weren't able to find my paperwork, it was. Mess!! My last time in was yesterday. My appt was set for Wednesday, when I showed up there was no one there, they offered NO apology & said to come back tomorrow. When I came back the next day, there were 4 other people waiting in the lobby for there appts, some had been waiting over an hour. All clients were EXTREMELY upset , & we all shared stories about how terrible our experiences had been there, how flaky, rude, & unapologetic the owner Deb was & all agreed we need to find a new Simaglutide clinic ASAP! read more

Honestly, this place is genius. I am quite familiar with Phentermine (weight loss pill that they feature) and it helped me lose 70lbs. I no longer have med insurance, so I am no longer able to get Phentermine pills (until now) =) Its a nice clinic, you are greeted with friendly faces, and people that care to see you succeed! They were ALL very professional, its a tight knit family type vibe. Im sorry that the other woman that gave them 1 star was left with a bad experience. I think she should give them another chance, Im quite satisfied! And the treatment plan they have is the only "jump start" weight loss supplement that has ever worked for me, its a miracle in a pill. They are the real deal for weight loss clinics!! read more

I couldn't speak more highly of this clinic! I have been a patient of a few different clinics providing the same services and none compare to Deborah and her staff! When you walk in she knows your name she cares about you and takes her time to make sure you are completely comfortable know what you need to be doing and and answers all your questions! I have almost lost 20 lbs since starting and I feel great! I have referred many people to this clinic and I will Continue doing so!! Great people great service and REAL RESULTS!! They always stay up to date. They always have new recipes, workouts.. things that work!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff it's ran by. Debbie and Kelly are just amazing and so knowledgeable and realistic about weight loss goals. I have had huge success within the past few months and I plan to keep going till I reach my goal! I love the emails that are sent out as well. They are so motivating and you truly feel like a friend is in the other side that cares. I recommend Rocklin Weight Loss hands down Oh and pricing is beyond fair! I mean you really can't put a price on your health but they are extremely affordable. read more

This is, by far, THE best place to get the help and knowledge to lose weight! The staff is extremely knowledgable and amazingly friendly. No appountment necessary and quick appointments. Ive never had to wait longer than 3 ish minutes! At this clinic, unlike others ive visited in the past, They keep me motivated! Very understanding, caring and helpful. Great prices. Best of all, its comfortable and you dont feel judged AT ALL for being overweight. They definitely help weight loss dreams come true! I tell all my friends and family about this clinic and urge anyone looking to lose weight, to come here! Without your dedication and care to your patients, Id just continue to be a depressed, overweight 30 year old. Thank you so much Rocklin Weight Loss! read more

Deb and her team are terrific. Not enough glowing comments to effect how valuable they are. Super in every way!

Let me just start by saying Deb & Kelly were so nice over the phone. I made my appt online for the same day & Deb was gone but Kelly was absolutely amazing & very informative. What I loved most is how real they are. They don't try to sell you any garbage, they actually don't sell anything there. They will give you recommendations on products they like. Today is day 1 on my weight loss journey with Rocklin weight loss & I'm super excited. Thanks Kelly! read more

I went to see Debra for a hypnosis and past life regression session. I am familiar with hypnosis but past life regression was something new for me. Diving into these experiences can be somewhat  intimidating. That is why it is important to work with someone you trust. Debra is someone I trust in my personal life, therefore, I felt comfortable diving into these experiences with her. From the moment our session started her calm voice relaxed me. I felt an incredible amount of safety with her guidance. Throughout the session when I started to feel lost she always brought me back to center. The past life regression session was a powerful experience that I will treasure for the rest of my life. It has helped me move past huge obstacles in my life and move forward with clarity. Being someone that has worked with hypnosis before I can confidently say that Debra knows what she is doing. This work is not to be taken lightly and it takes a special person to guide you through the most vulnerable and deepest parts of yourself. I highly recommend Debra as a guide. read more

I bought the loving social deal. Called them on Friday. The woman who answered the phone scheduled my appointment for the following Monday at 9am. After my 30min drive there and waiting for 15 minutes I realize the door says they are closed on Mondays. Then I call and the voicemail had a number to call for emergencies. I call and the lady is all groggy and sleepy and probably warm in her bed and states that my appointment was for the following Monday. Why in the world would she schedule my appointment when she is closed? I think she is a liar and a flake and merely didn't want to get out of bed. I am outraged. I need my money back and she should refund me for gas money. Bad business! Also the appointment was for a friend and myself. Way to flake on two appointments. I didn't want to get out of bed either. read more

I love this place. No appointmens are needed, just walk in and I've never waited more than 2 minutes. The staff is so nice and really wants to help me meet my goals. They are such amazing cheerleaders. Last time I went in I wasn't really feeling like I had done much and boom....let's messure you. Well that showed me I was doing good and still on target. I really really recommend this place. I'm sorry the person who gave it 1 star had a bad experience. She should try again. It's worth it. read more

After several calls and having left messages, I never heard anything back. Decided one last time to give them a call only to a guy answering the phone didn't even seem to care. I told him that I was interested in their program and got a reply in a snotty answer "What do you want to know". I told him that he was unprofessional and was told by him "We don't need patients like you.". Take that to the bank! read more

I've been going there on and off for 5 years and the doctor is awesome. It would actually be more convenient for me to go to a location that is closer but I really had bad customer service at the other location...hated it. So I would rather drive the distance to have the better customer service. She is very friendly and always willing to help...always available and very encouraging. The program has worked for me and she has been a big part of my success. Thanks Deb! read more

I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today if I never went to go see Deb! She's the perfect health coach, supporter, and motivator. She has the best advice and tools that a so useful. If you want to change your life you need to go see Deb she gets on a more personal level with all of her patients and that is what makes this place so different from the others. I know that without Debs help and advice j wouldn't be where I am today. When I started out seeing Deb back in March 2015 I weighed over 210 pounds and as of today November 1st, I now weigh 143 pounds. I tried every fad diet out there and NOTHING worked for me. I battled with the struggle of weight loss from the time I was 16 to 19 and I was an unhappy person. I was so self conscious about the way that I looked so I turned to food for comfort. I realized that I needed to completely alter the way I was living and I was only able to do so with the help from Deb. She's amazing and if you want to completely change your life and have your mind blown go see Deb she's a real inspiration and I promise you you won't regret it! The best part is you only need to make one appointment for the entire duration you are with them and that is for the startup, and from there in out you can just do a walk in and you typically only have to wait about 2 min to be seen and the staff is always friendly! read more

Very friendly staff, helpful every time I've been in. Just joined 2 weeks ago and have followed healthy eating suggestions and tools and am already down 12 pounds. Very shocked that I haven't craved sweets one time! I've never not wanted chocolate and I've tried many weight loss programs. I haven't needed a "cheat day". Debra McCurtain-Murry and her professional team made me feel welcomed and encouraged that I could lose the pounds. Debra is the most positive, supportive and knowledgeable person with the best customer service "bed side manner"! She took a personal interest in my life and is committed to helping me reach my goal! Tami and Falynn are always glad to see me when I check in. They too have a positive cheerful attitude. I cannot believe how great my experience has been. As of today, I have lost more than 20 lbs.!!! I absolutely love this place. The owner Debra is very personable and I never feel embarrassed to ask her health questions or even as simple as what exercises I should be doing daily. The whole staff are so nice and well trained. I have tried many other weight loss programs and Rocklin Weight Loss has been the only program to not only help me loss weight but to also keep it off. One thing they really help you with is its not a diet. It is a life change. I couldn't be more happier with this program and I am so happy they have helped me this far. read more

I really appreciate Debra's approach and have really benefited from being involved at Rocklin weight loss. I love the personal attention, medical supervision, one on one conversations about my preferences my needs where my weaknesses are getting her input is so helpful. I love that there are no meetings, no appointment necessary, and that my child has a place to play in the waiting room. it's very kid friendly, a beautiful office personal attention and very cost effective!! I love Debra's focus on core foods, exercise, being realistic with yourself. There's some places out there that throw a size 2 nutritionist at you and expect you to listen to her for an hour and that just doesn't work. I encourage anyone who's thinking about going to Rocklin weight loss, call, go, enjoy the journey, it's worth it!! read more

I was excited to start my weight loss journey, but I'll have to take my journey someplace else. The owner, Debra, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service or being motivating for this type of program. I was told that I'll have to "figure it out" when it comes to eating breakfast and meal planning. I was given a juice cleanse that made me terribly sick afterwards-I thought I was supposed to eat real food? At the end of the day you pay for the pills. The other staff are more motivating, but it's a walk in basis, so you don't get to choose who you see. read more

I like this place. Very friendly staff. I especially love Debra. She is honest and always gives great advice around health and nutrition. The only thing is the hours are very challenging for someone that works a lot but other then that they do get you in and out fairly quickly. read more
