Regardless, an authentic intuitive experience should not require the healer to ask 20 questions before they begin the session, nor should they need to validate their "intuition" by providing positive reinforcement of their suggestions from ChatGPT after your call ends. Nancy was completely unprofessional during our half hour animal communication session. She wasted time asking me plenty of questions about my life, my partner, and my dog, not even attempting to start the animal communication piece until the 35-minute mark. She insisted I share personal details even when I was hesitant and argued that I didn't want it to be about me--I just wanted to hear messages from my dog--then she made the entire session suggestions about how I cope with something completely unrelated to animal, which I clearly was uncomfortable talking about. I continued to redirect her to my dog with specific questions, but she couldn't tell me anything about my dog that I didn't already share with her in her initial questioning. The only thing I got out of this appointment was disappointment and frustration that we weren't taken seriously as clients. If you are looking for a genuine intuitive to connect with your animal and share their message, I suggest you see someone else.

I have struggled with long-buried anxiety for most of my life. It had slowly gotten worse over…read moretime and because I was good at hiding it from myself and others, it would show up in my life in unexpected ways. I have been successful at managing it with CBT, journaling and meditation. I had recently taken up playing piano and was finding myself afraid to play music in front of others. I'd also noticed that over time, I was overeating when stressed and I seemed to be stressed all the time. I was looking for help when I came across the Wildflowers Hypnotherapy website. When I met Sandra the first time, I was so frustrated and emotional. I was desperate and looking for relief. Something wasn't working and I just couldn't figure it out on my own. Sandra is very kind and patient. She truly wants to help. I have tried self-hypnosis in the past with some success. I anticipated that hypnotherapy would be similar to guided meditation. However, I was surprised at how much deeper into my mind I was able to go with Sandra's help. The early sessions were intense as part of me resisted facing what I hadn't truly faced in the past. But once I let go and trusted the process the results were almost immediate. I hadn't realized how much emotional stress I had been storing in my body. At one point it all released and I felt my neck go click, click, click and relax. The knots in my neck I thought were scar tissue from a car accident disappeared. I'd had those knots in my neck for over 20 years. I've also noticed that my handwriting has changed. It looks like the handwriting from a younger version of me, free of the subtle signs of anxiety and stress that I had been carrying for too long. I feel that hypnotherapy has helped to resolve the underlying causes of my anxiety. This has resulted in making other things I'm doing to improve my life more effective and successful. I'll be using some of the tools Sandra gave me for the rest of my life.

To be clear this was my very first time meeting her; we had never spoken before my appointment. Before the session began, she shared her "I sat with your energy" reading, something she does ahead of time, and she was spot on with every detail. It was as if she already knew exactly what my soul had been carrying without me having to say a single word. Her approach to healing is unlike anyone I've met before. It's deeply personal, intuitive, and tailored to each individual's needs, and I absolutely love that. I intentionally waited a full day before writing this review to see how I felt not just immediately afterward but also the following day. Before the session, I had been feeling anxious, confused, and mentally scattered. Afterward--and even today--I feel completely different. The anxiety is gone. The stress has lifted. I no longer feel stuck at a crossroads. Instead, I feel clear, calm, and grounded. It's an incredible feeling, and I'm truly grateful for the experience.
