Usually stop here for a pedicure always great service and my gf gets her nails done here as well

the prices are way too high and my gel polish started peeling off not even one week later! i have never had gel polish come off before going there! no value for what they charge! read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Super overpriced. The worst pedicure I have ever had...rushed and sloppy. The worst nail dip I have ever had. Colors are limited, filing/shaping is crooked and different on every nail. No one speaks English. What a nightmare! Will never go Back again! read more

They are great at taking walk inside. Literally no wait. However, it's off putting that there are no posted pricing. My Pedi was great although I feel like they could've buffed some calloused parts better. The mani was half assed. Ive gotten gel manis at many salons and can last up to 3 weeks at times. This mani started coming apart by day 4. Today is day 8 and this is what it looks like. Not going back again. I expected at least 2 weeks worth. read more

I was very disappointed in my dip manicure. The manicurist did not push down my cuticles nor cleaned my nails prior to doing the dip. She never wipe down the counter. As she continued to use the dip and the powder went everywhere, she never wiped it down prior to doing the next step. At the end, she told me to sit in another chair to make sure my nails are dry, and there would be no charge for that.! How could there possibly be a charge for me to let my nails dry? I do not recommend the salon, and I will not go back. read more

Stay away! I was in the area and went here for a pedicure and it was horrible. The person who did my pedicure looked annoyed the entire time. She was using a sharp tool digging into my nails, it actually hurt. It was very overpriced. She told me it's 3 more dollars to pay with a credit card so I decided to take cash out. I asked for change for a tip since I only had 20's and she said she had no change. I had to ask another worker there for change. When I gave her a tip she complained that it wasn't enough in front of the whole salon. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning here ever again. read more

I've been going to this nail salon since they opened around 15 years ago and have always been pleased with the services I've received! I highly recommend this business! read more

I went to Rockledge Nails for the first time on thursday 2/16. I had a pedicure, manicure and waxing. I would rate the work average, at best. The lady doing my pedicure dug into my toes with a tool causing pain. By Friday night my foot hurt to walk. Saturday morning I woke up to a purple toe and throbbing pain. Sunday I went to urgent care and was placed on two antibiotics for the infection. I called the salon to inform them of the infection. I will not return to this salon. read more

Absolutely amazing the service here is top tier honestly I've been coming here for years and they treat me like family, My nails are never a disappointment, they're VERY clean and personable read more

Rockledge Nail Salon - If you're in the area and need a beautiful nail salon with the sweetest nail techs and talent come here! Love you ladies! - Nail Salons Near Me - Jenkintown, Pennsylvania

Bad experience poor nail job. Asked them to take off sns from my real nail. She immediately started using a credit card to pry off the sns. No polish remover or file first. She hurt me so bad I had to request to take them off another way. She did not file correctly my nails were still jagged while she began painting. She was on her phone the whole time and did not pay attention to me. the only reason I came here and not my regular salon was because I had a giftcard. .., ps the tools she used on my nails were not autoclaved, just slightly sterilized with solution. If you are 55+ years old and a regular customer here for years I am sure they are great....But casual clients get terrible treatment. read more

Spending the day with my mom getting our toes done and going out to lunch was a great idea except that my toes are awful. One day and they are already chipped, there is polish on my skin and they were smudged before I was even out of the chair. In addition we paid with a credit card one transaction for both she charged us a both two dollars extra. One fee would have been sufficient. Never will we return nor will I recommend to anyone. read more

What a great traditional nail place! A little more than I expected but probably has to do with the location. Nail techs were nice and efficient. Enjoyed my time with my kiddo. And they were super nice to little ones. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and have very little knowledge of basic nail care. I went in today to get my acrylics from another salon simply removed since they have grown out and some started to lift up. I had some bigger gems on that were set with modeling gel. They said they could not take them off. I mentioned how other salons have taken them off with the drill, soaking them off, or using cuticle/nails clippers to separate the gem form the acrylic. The nail tech proceeded to try and rip the whole acrylic nail off my nail bed since there was some lift which was extremely painful and started to bleed. Instead of offering any form of an apology she began arguing with me that since the acrylic was lifting up "that's what you do". She continued to argue with me as I gathered my things to leave. I went to another salon and they had no problem. Will never be returning and will advise others to go somewhere else. read more

The nail shop staff have a very nice attitude， and comparing to others， they have reasonable price!

I been a regular at this nail salon for about a year and I've been very happy with their work. Their polish last very long, it's been 3 weeks and still no chips and has shine. People everywhere compliment me on my nails and I recommend everyone to this nail salon. read more

What a rip off. I got SNS dip, $45 and they look awful. They kept telling me to get a French with the powder and when I said I wanted color they brought out a color ring of maybe 15 colors. She rushed through application and when she buffed them you could see through to my natural nail. I asked her to do a 3rd dip in the powder. The pedicure was average. The woman forgot to put separators between my toes before she started painting my toes though. My toe nails aren't painted to the edges either. So disappointed, I go to a place near where I work usually, 45 mins away, but wanted to go close to home on my day off. Never again. read more

I can't give this nail salon enough compliments. I have been to so many salons over the years and these women by far blow the rest of those salons away. On top of the beautiful job they did, the service was incredible. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks for a great nail salon. read more

Got acrylics and first of all the woman who did my nails was extremely rude and told me I couldn't get what I wanted which was simple acrylics. Second time I went the lady was very nice and could give me what i asked for. it's been over a month since getting the acrylics taken off and my nails are still extremely thin and brittle to the point of splitting and I got nail fungus from whatever tools they used on me. Also way too expensive for the messy lazy work done on my nails. Extremely disappointed. read more

I did not enjoy my experience today. I was told $25 for a gel manicure, but was then charged $30. When asked why, I was told that it was because they had to take my other polish off. I pointed the price sign to show the man that there is no mention of a "take off" fee. He said that he doesn't deal with pricing, but that I should always assume that there will be a $5 fee to take off polish. Ridiculous! So I called to speak to a manager. I received the same excuses. I asked her why it wasn't on the sign and she said because it is a "new" service and they haven't had a chance to put it up. They have been doing gel polish for at least a year... She also went on about how much work is involved in taking off the polish. That is all well and good, but put it on your price list and don't tell your customers $25 and then charge $30! That just cost them a customer. read more

I would have to say that Rockledge Nail Salon is hit or miss. My manicures and pedicures have generally been good...but the waxing can be problematic if you get one of their more inexperienced girls. read more

First and probably last time. It was close to home my other place was full so I thought I would give it a try. It was the most disappointing manicure I ever got. Looked like my 3 year d cousin painted my nails. Sloppy mess and when I told them I wasn't happy they said it looks great, it's your nails...excuse me??? I have gotten nails done at other places and they always ppl great. Another lady re/did them, it was better but it's amateur hour over here. They aren't neat- nails don't look fresh from a salon. Then the drying station was tiny and definitely hadn't been cleaned. Felt like I was holding my hands on a greasy dusty surface...yuck. Wouldn't recommend read more

The manicurists here are amazing!! My daughter and I love going here. This has been our nail spot for 4 years. Very clean and great service. The customer service is great and we always leave satisfied. Can get a little pricey, especially if you want designs on your nails, but honestly its worth the money. I highly recommend this salon. Its not one of those salons where the manicurists are speaking whatever language and you're sitting there all quiet and stuff. The girls all talk to you and its refreshing. read more

Terrible experience. Went in for powder nails and pedicure. They were very busy and I waited an hour and a half for a pedicure -- sat in the chair with my feet in the water kept saying 5 more minutes - then they realized I had powder on my nails and made me move to the nail station removed the nail polish return back to the pedicure station. One lady started my nails then switched me to another girl who sat on her phone and kept me there even longer and rushed through my nails that do not even look good. I was there a total of 3 hours. Will not be returning. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Save yourself the time and money!!!! read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for years. Within the past year or so I feel like they're work ethic has gotten worse. They knew I was getting married and I almost made an appointment at another salon because of how dissatisfied I've been with my recent manicures, but I decided it against that and came to Rockledge nails. I made appointments the week before giving them an idea of what everyone was getting. They could not have been more rude. At one point one of my bridesmaids told them she wasn't happy with her services and the guy said "you're all leaving at the same time what does it matter if you wait" and then another one said she wasn't pleased with her manicure and they refused to fix it!! Finally a friend got a gel manicure and it has entirely peeled off in less than a week! I will not be Going back to this salon and will not recommend it to ANYONE. If I could leave no stars, I would. read more

Very disappointed in the service today. My sister in law went for a spa pedicure and a regular mani. The spa pedicure was $50 (reasonable however the sign said $42). My pedicurist left in the middle because she had an appointment with someone else, not that big of a deal, I get it. However, the spa pedicure did not have hot rocks or hot towels. It was essentially a regular pedicure with chocolate scrub and lotion. The whole time they kept pressuring my sister in law and I to get the gel, after we told them multiple times that we just wanted regular. They asked if we wanted quick dry, we said yes. We were never informed that it was an extra charge. Moving on to the manicure, I had to correct the worker several times to paint my whole nail, the sides were repeatedly missed. It came time to pay the bill $70 total and they gave us a price for cash ($65) and a price for card ($70). There is no signage that indicates this difference. In fact, none of their prices on the one sign in the shop matched what we were charged There is an atm but it charges $2.50 to take out money so really that doesn't help much. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and thought it would be a great place to bring my sister in law. Needless to say, we will find a different salon next time. read more

I was going to this nail salon for years, never really had any major issues. Recently though, I went for a pedicure and wound up getting a toe infection from the instruments used. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless you don't mind being on antibiotics for a week!! I have been going here since the day they opened. I have to say there have fine down hill!! The person that does my pink and white, does a GREAT job!!!! And only one other is good. Everyone else is hot nor miss. They really rush when doing pedi's. And they need to all to brush up in their designs in nails. They say they know what design you want and they it looks so bad. So sad to see a place go down hill!! read more

They are nice there and seems clean. There gel colors never match when they paint them on you. Also a a little off from the swatch. She left a lot of polish around my nails which I had to get off when I got home. A little overpriced in my opinion. Rude, disrespectful and NO customer service!! I was a frequent customer however, my last visit will be my last FOREVER and I let the owner Sue know before I left. I had a gel manicure done and was not familiar because I usually get regular manicures. I asked Sue about choosing nail polish and she rolled her eyes at me and handed me a basket full of different colored nails in it and walked away. Then moved me out of her chair to another employee's chair. Well, this person yelled at me when I asked her to put nail polish on one of my nails to be sure of the color. She then proceeded to move me out of her chair back to Sue's. On top of that, another employee was laughing. Sue did my nails and after she painted them, told me that she forgot to tell me that the nail polish (that she picked out for me) was three dollars extra. Horrible! read more
