This week I had a need for a home equipment issue and Josh in the East Sandwich branch helped me through it with his knowledge and experience. He took the time to guide me through the complete process, out in touch with the right people and we had our issue resolved quickly and professionally. Josh had to take a day away from the office but made sure Lauren knew what needed to be done. She called me the next morning to let me know everything was in place and again, we resolved my issues. I was told no since I was no longer a customer. I was floored. I asked the teller if I could speak to the manager. The Teller Manager got involved and said that they wouldn't do it. It was against the banks policy and she follows the rules. Again, I was amazed at the poor service. As a 43 year former Bank of America Senior Vice President, I know BOA wouldn't have treated anyone like that. Especially a good customer up until yesterday.
