I have had nothing but great experiences with all the staff in the East Sandwich location as well as the old South Sandwich location. This week I had a need for a home equipment issue and Josh in the East Sandwich branch helped me through it with his knowledge and experience. He took the time to guide me through the complete process, out in touch with the right people and we had our issue resolved quickly and professionally. Josh had to take a day away from the office but made sure Lauren knew what needed to be done. She called me the next morning to let me know everything was in place and again, we resolved my issues. I thanked them and they gave me the money remaining in my account. They gave me all 100 dollar bills. Today I went back to see if I could switch a few 100 dollar bills for 20's. I was told no since I was no longer a customer. I was floored. I asked the teller if I could speak to the manager. The Teller Manager got involved and said that they wouldn't do it. It was against the banks policy and she follows the rules. Again, I was amazed at the poor service. As a 43 year former Bank of America Senior Vice President, I know BOA wouldn't have treated anyone like that. Especially a good customer up until yesterday. The staff in all their locations, but particular this location are incredible. They know the majority of their customers by name and also show interest in their clients lives.
