I have had nothing but great experiences with all the staff in the East Sandwich location as well as the old South Sandwich location. This week I had a need for a home equipment issue and Josh in the East Sandwich branch helped me through it with his knowledge and experience. He took the time to guide me through the complete process, out in touch with the right people and we had our issue resolved quickly and professionally. Josh had to take a day away from the office but made sure Lauren knew what needed to be done. She called me the next morning to let me know everything was in place and again, we resolved my issues. They really care about the customer at this branch. I want to say thank you to all of them and I hope anyone that reads this considers Eastern Bank for their personal and business needs.

Many banks charge you outrages fees and make it next to impossible to cash a check written on their own bank. I charge customers extra for those banks.
