This store doubles as a bike rental. The woman clerk was having a cheerful conversation with a…read morecustomer, and when he left I inquired about rental rates. The woman recoiled like I put a hex on her. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and I was well taken care of. He took time to point out bike route options and sections to avoid. The map was helpful as the trails are very local and not necessarily found on trail sites. If I dealt solely with the manger it would be five stars. First hour is $20 and a few dollars more per hour, or a daily rate option.

We were looking at beer and grabbed some beer from the beer cooler. In looking at other things and asking for the pricing (neither the 12 or 24 pack was noted with the sticker price). I found out the price verbally and was willing to pay for it but she took it outside and said it was received that day. I was thinking of getting the 12 pack too as we still wanted some beer, which was brought up by another coworker. The lady behind the counter was frustrated (which I get), but not working with us and we were just sharing when we initially grabbed out the beer how it happened. I was going to pay but she refused to allow me to pay. We were told that we had to ask for them to grab the beer, but I can't help when the bottom shelf was super packed and no room to grab out any of the beers. We weren't allowed to buy anything as it was a combo group of people, even though the coworker said I was fine to pay. Very frustrating as we were trying to make it right but also needing to share the scenario of how it occurred. Sad that this happened and couldn't have been made right.

The customer service was poor--during my…read morevisit, the cashier made a rude remark and even used inappropriate language toward me, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, the quality of the clothing did not meet expectations given the pricing. Overall, the combination of unhelpful staff and low-quality products made this a frustrating visit, and I would not recommend this store based on my experience. If you are looking for high quality products with more reasonable prices I would stop right next door at Arctic Attitude.

I asked her what's considered a group that you need to ask for everyone's id. She said more than 1 person together. There was an older gentleman and younger woman next to us put a basket of liquor up and the guy that had them just told them their total and that was it. I told her that was statement wasn't true and she got upset and said they do it for everybody. She met to say she does it for brown skin and not white.

Date of visit: February 13, 2025…read more While technically billed as a "grocery store," let's be clear: This is a souvenir shop that also happens to sell some snacks and booze for those that would rather partake in their room than go to the bar or restaurant at the resort. There is a fair amount of variety here but I ended up seeing a number of the same items at different shops at other places in the area so keep your eyes peeled for sales before making a purchase! Staff was friendly enough even though they were talking on their phone the entire time I was in the store and only paused to complete my transaction. Guess it could have been worse, she could have kept on with her conversation DURING the transaction, too!

It was a great day to walk, so we used the walking path that connects the villages. (Note that if you require mobility assistance, it may be best to drive between the villages). The public restrooms at the Welcome Center (Green Village) and next to Banana Republic (Blue Village) were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. My aunt even complimented the nice aroma (smelled like lemons). Not all stores had fantastic deals (Lucky Brand was still at $99 for a pair of jeans) but still nice to browse thru.

(Thanks to the locals who told me about this place). The first thing that grabs your attention as you enter is the SALE items up front then as your eyes scan the store you see SALE items in the rear and good options in between. From perusing different stores along Main St, with this beacon of hope at the front door I was already winning!!! They have a great selection of helmets, gift items, boots, jackets, pants, gear and more. I cannot remember all of the brands, but the ones that stuck out were Kodiak, Swix and Rossignol. It was funny because the store manager was not available and had the password to the register so the employee and us patrons started conversing between each other with not a care in the world even though a line started forming. No attitudes just positive vibes and sunshine. Once the manager (Shannon) returned, she had a couple of coffees for her and the employee jokingly informing us if we wanted coffee for the wait, it would be her treat. That was cool! Sooo... let me temper your expectations Main Street Outlet is an outlet and has good prices for the quality of their items, but I would say it is more of a Premium Outlet which the prices are way better and they have a better selection than most of the stores seen on this visit.
