There is a fair amount of variety here but I ended up seeing a number of the same items at different shops at other places in the area so keep your eyes peeled for sales before making a purchase! Staff was friendly enough even though they were talking on their phone the entire time I was in the store and only paused to complete my transaction. Jen took the order and said she will mail it out to us when it comes in. The company didn't supply the sweatshirts for a long time, we were beginning to worry about our order. Jen assured us that is was coming or she was going to give us a refund and still send the item out when it comes in. She did just that. She gave us a refund. When the supplier finally gave her the sweatshirt she mailed it to us at no charge and gave us some helmet stickers which made my kids day, they were so happy and excited. Thank you, next time we are in Breckenridge we will definitely visit the store again.

The person working the cash register looked it up and said it would be $51. 3 minutes later, I found the EXACT same shawl in a small which had a price tag of 41.50 (the first one was a medium). We asked him to honor the price, and he said "nope, mediums probably cost more because, you know extra fabric." Okay, first of all, that's not how clothes work. But to humor him my friend tried on the small and it fit, and we asked to get that one. "Nope (again) all sales are final (he and not told us that). You can't exchange it, for the exact same item for the correct price. You CAN go buy something else for the price difference (not easy to do), so she bought a bracelet and paid more. Such a contrast to the experience I'm accustomed to shopping on Frisco Main Street. NOT a good reflection on our town at all. I will never bring a guest there again. Plenty of other local shops who treat locals and visitors well.

The hospitality they showed me was unbelievable. They helped me find the local 4x4 rescue, and were generally great people.
