There are no signs or other notification of this insane charge at the register or anywhere in the store. Had I known about this, I never would have purchased the earrings and fudge at this store. I see other Yelpers got scammed with this charge as well and I am going to look at disputing this charge with my credit card company as it is definitely a deceptive business practice.

I encouraged my out-of-town guest to shop here... and totally regretted it. She found a shawl that…read morehad no price tag on it. The person working the cash register looked it up and said it would be $51. 3 minutes later, I found the EXACT same shawl in a small which had a price tag of 41.50 (the first one was a medium). We asked him to honor the price, and he said "nope, mediums probably cost more because, you know extra fabric." Okay, first of all, that's not how clothes work. But to humor him my friend tried on the small and it fit, and we asked to get that one. "Nope (again) all sales are final (he and not told us that). You can't exchange it, for the exact same item for the correct price. You CAN go buy something else for the price difference (not easy to do), so she bought a bracelet and paid more. Such a contrast to the experience I'm accustomed to shopping on Frisco Main Street. NOT a good reflection on our town at all. I will never bring a guest there again. Plenty of other local shops who treat locals and visitors well.

It's a cornucopia of unusual and interesting items. They also have a huge selection of unique cards for birthdays, holidays, graduation, and I now always go here to find cards for any occasion. Now it is mostly eateries, some are excellent, but this shop is at a section that has some old classic retail, like Neptune Mountaineering and the yarn shop, Shuttles Spindles and Skeins and is just below them and just east of King Soopers. It's worth the trip. Though there are many scented items in the store it did not bother me, not overpowering or particularly artificial like some gift shops. The collection is very traditional, a somewhat elegant collection, some items more unique than others. Several items I have seen here and there around Boulder, from Peppercorn to McGuckins, especially holiday themed ones. But it was a pleasure to look for and find gifts for that hard to choose for recipient all in one place. I was welcomed and helped with selection of ideas. Not a busy place when I was in, and was appropriately staffed.

Awesome souvenir store with a great owner. We got some souvenirs and were looking for a certain…read moresized sweatshirt, they didn't have it. Jen took the order and said she will mail it out to us when it comes in. The company didn't supply the sweatshirts for a long time, we were beginning to worry about our order. Jen assured us that is was coming or she was going to give us a refund and still send the item out when it comes in. She did just that. She gave us a refund. When the supplier finally gave her the sweatshirt she mailed it to us at no charge and gave us some helmet stickers which made my kids day, they were so happy and excited. Thank you, next time we are in Breckenridge we will definitely visit the store again.

Local jewelry, authentic leather cowboy hats, branded coffee mugs, aspen leaves dipped in silver or gold and MORE is offered here - while creating the perfect mountain-esque vibe!
