Dear Owner, If you are wondering why Keystone Location is…read morenot as busy it is because of your employee. Hours clearly say 11am-9pm but according to your employee and I quote "It is the owners policy that I MUST close by 6 if no one shows up." We arrived at 6:03 to celebrate my birthday had a group of 8 and were planning to paint canvas and have some drinks. I called in the morning to inquire about making reservations, but was told none were required. Called again when we were on our way to inform her of such, she said "fine" and hung up. When we arrived she was very rude and upset we arrived three minutes after six. I have never painted a canvas before but didn't think it would take us more than three hours. Your employee cost you a couple hundred dollars, a birthday celebration would of called for several glasses of wine.

By far the worst experience yet! Not only was the employee called ahead of time to be notified we…read morewere on our way! She rudely agreed and hung up. We show up 3mins past 6 and she began her show! Crossing her arms, standing on one hip, rolling her eyes, and throwing a trash bag. Not to mention when she was asked something she would roll her eyes once again and very rudely and loud semi answer our questions. All of this in front of kids! No wonder this place is never busy Lori or Laurie is extremely rude and costing the business PAYING customers and lots of money.
