We arrived at 11 AM and there were several people already there too; ready to paint. It seems that a lot of folks love this place because it is a creative and fun atmosphere. The staff was super helpful and guided us to an activity based on our interests. We sat outside and painted a canvas while staring at the beautiful Breckenridge mountains. Hours clearly say 11am-9pm but according to your employee and I quote "It is the owners policy that I MUST close by 6 if no one shows up." We arrived at 6:03 to celebrate my birthday had a group of 8 and were planning to paint canvas and have some drinks. I called in the morning to inquire about making reservations, but was told none were required. Called again when we were on our way to inform her of such, she said "fine" and hung up. When we arrived she was very rude and upset we arrived three minutes after six. I have never painted a canvas before but didn't think it would take us more than three hours. Your employee cost you a couple hundred dollars, a birthday celebration would of called for several glasses of wine.
