The staff is very friendly and informative. I asked about a knife in the case and the employee gave me the whole backstory: The name of the knife maker and where they were from! Very cool info to know and gave me pride in owning and using such a piece with meaningful history. The owner Bill, if you are lucky enough to catch him is probably the most interesting man alive. I love this store, and will absolutely be back! Thanks Wild Bill's for staying family owned and operated when so many stores in vail sell the same old things at every corner.

She told me thanks to the Mexican and the Europeans tourists that travel to Vail she's in business. She stated they enjoy and appreciate fine things. Well, as an American I do too, but most certainly I will never spend a penny on your store. Kindness, respect and courtesy are things that can't be purchased.

The staff was friendly at each location, but none of them were able to answer questions regarding if their other locations had a different size, etc... They were also not familiar with the stock, and had no idea if they had certain items, brands, or sizes available. One associate didn't know there was another location around the corner. The prices were as expected for a tourist souvenir shop. There was a mix of older and newer inventory, and some of the sale items were a good deal. If you need a little souvenir to bring home, this is a good place to shop.

I asked the only girl there if she worked there since she was looking through a clothes rack. She very rudely answered yes and said the restrooms were closed when asked. Upon check out had to wait at the counter several minutes before someone could come help me even though neither employee were doing anything but talking to each other in a back corner. Most of the items they offer a pretty similar to every other tourist shop in the Phil shopping center so I recommend if you're looking for this place because the one appreciate you spending your time or money there.
