Jen took the order and said she will mail it out to us when it comes in. The company didn't supply the sweatshirts for a long time, we were beginning to worry about our order. Jen assured us that is was coming or she was going to give us a refund and still send the item out when it comes in. She did just that. She gave us a refund. When the supplier finally gave her the sweatshirt she mailed it to us at no charge and gave us some helmet stickers which made my kids day, they were so happy and excited. There are no signs or other notification of this insane charge at the register or anywhere in the store. Had I known about this, I never would have purchased the earrings and fudge at this store. I see other Yelpers got scammed with this charge as well and I am going to look at disputing this charge with my credit card company as it is definitely a deceptive business practice.
