I was told that they could not change my Toyota's "closed system" transmission fluid and that I would have to "go to the dealer." Wrong - there are others in the county who can do this using fluid pumps. They refused to change differential fluid when they detected a "leak" - yet THEY had been the last ones to perform that same service on that vehicle! Lastly, they asked me to start my engine BEFORE it had been refilled with oil, despite all the back-and-forth banter between the service workers! That was the last straw...

We paid extra fee to guarantee delivery within a certain time window because we had to get up early with little children the next morning. We had to call driver several times and groceries were delivered almost an hour late and we only received half our order. There is NO customer service number to call with complaints. We ended up going to grocery store anyway. We recommend Safeway grocery or Whole Foods in Frisco.
