    Philly Cheesesteak and fries
    Erica I.

Pretty good for a quick easy meal. In all honesty, I tend to avoid food trucks as they can be a little sloppy and overpriced, but I enjoyed my experience here. The owners were kind and enthusiastic, and the energy of the whole staff made it even more enjoyable. The food was hot and freshly made, was prepared very quickly, and was not greasy at all which was great. The meat was not seasoned much and lacked a ton of flavor, even with sauce, so I would probably order something else next time. But the fries were great and portion sizes were nice. Overall a pretty solid spot for a quick bite.

Another great experience with Rockin' Moroccan! Probably my favorite food truck right now. Love when they stop by Joymongers in Greensboro. This time I tried the Mini Cheesesteak Mountain - there's nothing mini about it! Huge portion sizes and the service is always exceptional. The entire team is always in a great mood and super friendly. Love supporting this truck!

I cannot say enough good things about these sweet folks and their amazing food. We met them and have fallen in love with Michael and Amina. Service is always amazing. They treat you like family from instantly meeting them. Amina cooks her heart out and her food is outstanding. She makes all their cakes from scratch too. Seriously our fav food truck! We love you all!

Had heard amazing things about this from a friend and wanted to try them out and finally had the opportunity . At face value this is a standard food truck serving up middle eastern cuisine, but once you take your first bite you know why the hype! I got the chicken rice platter and their morocon roll and it was absolutely smashing! The chicken was so tender and flavorfull, the rice were perfectly fluffy and the hot sauce was HOT!! This was so good that I wish i had ordered more. The service was a bit slow whoch deterred from getting seconds but the taste more than justifies the time it takes them to prepare. Must try!

Very friendly service and very well organized. Clean nice looking truck with a table set up with utensils and sauces and a register. They give you a buzzer for your order and the wait was less than 10 minutes for me. I went with the Everything Platter for a sampling of what they had. The Saffron chicken, Gyro (lamb and beef), Kefta (beef kabobs), and Falafel come on a bed of rice with sides of pico and slaw. The slaw was one of the best I've ever had! It also comes with pita bread and tzatziki sauce. I also tried the other sauces they had and all were tasty. The meats and the falafel were perfectly seasoned and delicious. I'll be tracking them to see where they go next. Hopefully someplace in Chatham county, maybe Siler or Pittsboro. I'm definitely going to talk to local businesses about getting the truck down this way.

Photos don't do this place justice - get the everything platter and let yourself enter the best food coma you've ever experienced. Incredible owners and unreal food!! Comes with a pita and two sides!! Get their fries and smother it in their extra sauce on the side!!

Amazing quality and service under pressure! I most recently got Rockin' Moroccan during a trip to Gypsy Road brewery. It was an unseasonably warm day and the place was absolutely packed. This food truck had an extremely long line and was operating under a lot of pressure. They were out of a lot of their usual menu and had to pivot to sandwiches. They were able to offer up a falafel wrap to me, which was a great surprise! They took down my number to text when it was ready. Since they were severely backed up, they did a good job setting the expectation that it would be 40 mins minimum before the food was ready. The thing that impressed me the most was that the owner and the staff on the truck was very vocal to the line about the situation. They also expressed appreciation for the business and were transparent about the fact that they were sending people to restock. When I did get my food, I scarfed it down and neglected to get a picture. It was super tasty and the acidity in the tzatziki sauce was a dream on the falafel pita. Also, the side of fries was a hearty portion. I appreciate that they didn't skip on servings, even though they were low on stock. Overall, I highly recommend checking this food truck out. Top notch customer-centered service and flawless food!

As usual, the Rockin' Moroccan continues to deliver remarkable food and service. Their Moroccan Cheesesteak is perfection, and the Saffron Chicken Salad is splendid. It's undeniable that they take their craft serious, and it's heart-warming to see it as a family effort. They deserve it all and more. I recommend the Boss Burger or Moroccan Cheesesteak, both full of flavor and excellent portions!

I wish I could give RM 10 stars - that's how great they are! I am in charge of booking food trucks for our neighborhood and RM was completely awesome throughout the entire process. I reached out to as many food trucks as I could think of and these guys were some of the first to respond. They were super accommodating and we picked a couple of dates for them to come out very easily. They also followed up in an extremely timely manner if I messaged them with questions or comments about anything. The day they came out I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service. Mike is the nicest guy who explained the menu thoroughly and answered any and all questions from our residents. The food also came out in a timely manner which is important when serving a bunch of people at the same time. He had excellent communication with his wife Amina who by the way is an amazing pastry chef! But more on that in a second! I dont see any other food trucks having the level of service that RM provided. Now on to how delicious our food was. We got both the cheesesteak and the burger. My burger was so well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sauce for the fries was to die for, I could drink it. Not to mention their garlic ranch which they also bottle. For lunch the next day I ate their pita dipped in garlic ranch because I just couldn't get enough. My husband got the cheesesteak and let me try it and the meat was well seasoned and tender. We also got sides of the falafel and spring rolls which were fabulous but the three sauces we got with them sent them to another level. Lastly, we tried Amina's homemade chocolate mousse cake with homemade caramel sauce and if I could bathe in that caramel I would. Seriously one of the best desserts I've ever had so don't sleep on ordering a sweet treat when visiting this truck! Overall this is our favorite food truck in the area - thanks Rockin Moroccan for being absolutely wonderful!

The Everything Platter (Saffron Chicken, Gyro, Kefta, Falafel, Rice, Pita Bread, Pico, and Slaw) Perfect to sample it all!

My husband has been raving about this place for months but we never managed to catch them nearby after work. The stars finally aligned last weekend and now I understand completely why he spoke so highly of this food truck! From the moment we walked up, it felt like we were among long-time friends. The guy taking orders is so personable and friendly, in the most genuine way. His wife seemed just as nice and was working some real magic in that kitchen! The food was so fresh and flavorful. I'm not even sure where to start in describing it as everything was just SO good! I ordered the Everything Platter. As someone who can never make up their mind and will study a menu for an uncomfortably long time, it was a welcome sight! It offers a generous portion of each item (Saffron Chicken, Gyro, Kefta, Falafel, Rice, Pita Bread, Moroccan Pico, and Slaw) and is the perfect option for those who want to try it all when looking over the menu. Everything was cooked perfectly and offered so much flavor! The slaw and pico may seem like just a filler side but they were actually stand outs in their own right. Very fresh and the perfect accompaniment to the other amazing selections the dish offers. If you can't decide, go with this platter. You won't be disappointed! The cheesesteak also kept catching my eye so thankfully my husband had been eying it too and offered to share. Yet another great option! Tons of flavor and solid portion size. I'm always hesitant to order cheesesteaks as some places don't use the best quality meat and the texture can be off putting but not here. The fries were great as well. The sauce is unique, I couldn't quite put my finger on what it reminded me of but it was delicious. I would definitely order this meal again! My husband has also tried their Boss Burger on a previous visit and highly recommends it. Just reading the description on the menu, it certainly sounds like a winner. Honestly, this is one of those places where you just can't go wrong with anything you order. I can't wait to visit again to try their mountain of loaded cheesesteak fries! Thanks again Rockin Moroccan for a great meal! I hope to see you guys again soon!!

Slaw and Pico, both very special

I went with friends to the Gypsy Road Brewery. They have a big bar, inside seating and a fantastic patio behind the building with lots of dining tables, cushy seating, fire pits, heaters, fairy lights and live music. The atmosphere is fantastic and the bartenders are very accommodating. The food truck tonight was the Rockin Moroccan. I follow them on Instagram so I always know their schedule but it's never timed out for me. Let me just say, after tonight, I would follow them anywhere. Since I was a first timer, I got the Everything Platter so I could try, well, a little of everything. It came with Saffron Chicken, Gyro meat, 2 pcs of Kefta, 2 Falafel Balls, Pico with cucumbers, Slaw with corn, 1 full Pita Bread, Tzatziki sauce and yellow rice. They also have extra sauces at the pick up table. It was a lot of food for a great price and I have leftovers for tomorrow. The saffron chicken was so tender and juicy. The Gyro meat was the best I've ever had. It was shaved thin, full of flavor and it practically melted in my mouth. I've never had slaw or pico like this but they were both a treat. The Kefta was also new to me and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I've had Falafel before, but never like this. They were perfectly fried and the chickpeas and spices were a perfect blend. This family travels back to Morocco to buy authentic Moroccan spices. That kind of love and care really shows in their food and how they handle themselves. It puts them above the rest..BY FAR. The food was so delicious, I went back to the truck to express my delight. They were so gracious. They don't just sell great food, they are good people. The owners are Chef Amina and her husband Mike. Here are two reasons I say that. 1. Amina recognized someone's order and asked her husband specific questions to make sure it was correct. 2. Mike isn't afraid to bring your attention to someone else's good food. It says a lot about people that believe you can shine your light on others, without diminishing your own. If you see this food truck, stop, order and enjoy!

Yummy food truck. (Very quiet generator)

Amazing food. Great people. I had lunch in my hand and still bought a plate because it smelled so good. Smell matched the taste. You have got to try this! The Tandoori chicken was tender, flavorful and huge drumsticks. Served with a warm pita, rice and a small salad. Perfect!

Our server was excellent, the wine list is impressive, my local beer was fantastic, and my wife enjoyed her wine. The food was where things slipped. My wife's wood-fired salmon was pretty good, but her vegetables came out with no seasoning at all. My wood-fired filet was cooked exactly right, but it also had no seasoning, and when you find yourself asking for steak sauce for a filet, something has gone wrong in the kitchen. Then the peach crumble showed up and stole the entire night. It is genuinely amazing, and I'd tell anyone within earshot to order it. Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks, and a dessert worth the trip. If the kitchen brings the seasoning up to the level of everything else, this is easily a four-and-a-half-star restaurant.

They weren't wrong. We were out on their patio on a summer evening, a mix of fans and a good cross breeze kept it nice and the vibey decor helped us learn into the summer heat. Shared plates, roasted flavors and a cocktail driven menu sets the theme. We started out with a few amazing spreads then shared large format fish, beef and veg. For the starters, the roasted carrots and the roasted eggplant spreads were served up with home made pita served piping hot! Both spreads were delicious, balancing savory and a hint of sweet with just enough spice to add depth w/o taking away from the natural veggie flavors. The fried haloumi was gobbled up so fast I almost didn't get a picture of it! For the mains, we had the fried fish which was ZOMG!!!! Flaky but still juicy, bathed in this east Asian inspired sauce and sprinkled with fresh herbs that gave the whole dish a pop! The kids destroyed most of it. The Short rib fell apart with a fork!! Enough said!! And the charted cabbage and broccoli was such a crowd favorite we almost got another order but had to leave room for dessert. The table shared the strawberry shortcake and I opted for an espresso martini that was both sweet and balanced and so smooth you could take it in one glug. The shortcake was a hit with the kids and parents! The cocktails were all perfectly balanced and the service was immaculate. No notes from me except to check this place out!!

Nestled in a little strip between a Muslim school and a mosque is this grill and grocery. We came on a Wednesday evening, and almost every table was already taken by diners. You order your food at a counter, and it has the Middle Eastern foods you'd expect-- kofta, shawarma, gyros, falafel, baba ghanouj, hummus, baklava, etc. I opted for the lamb gyro sandwich with a side of baba ghanouj, and my dining partner had the falafel sandwich. They call your number when it's ready. Food took maybe 10 minutes to receive, so we browsed the market area. It's not a huge selection, but very traditional-- nice seeing so many labels in Arabic, and along with standards (e.g., canned fava beans for Ful Medames), they also had things like frozen chopped mulukhiyah leaves-- that's definitely a rarer sight. Lots of good spices too. The food was EXCELLENT. The lamb was juicy and perfect (unlike what another Yelp review said), the tzatziki sauce was delicious, and the baba ghanouj was perfectly cooked and textured. I had a small bite of the falafel, and it was indeed one of the best I've had in the US. Price was fair, too-- the sandwiches are all under $10 before tax and tip, and making it a combo with side and drink cost just something like $2.50. And service was friendly-- although they called out numbers, they did walk out with the food to try to find and bring you your dishes. And while it was an older space, it was overall still generally clean. Overall, I'd VERY happily come back.
