I was scrolling through instagram when I saw an ad for this place offering a free car wash. I'm not…read moregonna lie my car was hurting for a wash bad. After relocating here I had a massive bug cemetery all over my hood. So of course I had to check this place out. The staff was very friendly. I decided to upgrade the wash to their more premium wash since my car needed a little care. Compared to other washes they were a little pricey but my concern was mainly the quality. I'm willing to pay a premium for premium service. They took my car and we were off to the races. After about 20 minutes they completed my car. I was impressed by the way they cleaned the interior. It was definitely a site for sore eyes. The outside got cleaned fairly well unfortunately it didn't get all the bugs off the grill but for the most part it they did a great job. My only complaint is the bugs not getting completely cleaned off the car. Overall I think they offer a great value considering the prices. The staff did a stellar job with the interior and drying. They even gave me an air freshener which smelt great. I'll definitely be back!

Let me start by saying that it brings me no satisfaction to leave a bad review, especially as a…read morebusiness owner myself. We came in to get vomit cleaned out of our car. We were charged $150 right out of the gate for the biohazard fee (all of the vomit was removed, but I understand a blanket price). Then we were told that, compared to cleaning just the spot with the vomit, it would only be about $50 more to do the whole car. At that point, we decided to do the whole car in hopes that they would really get into it in case any vomit had spread. We were told it would take four and a half hours to do the highest package they offer ($450), but it was done in about two hours. At first that felt exciting, but in hindsight, it made me wonder how thorough the job was. After a few days, the vomit smell in the car was not even remotely better, even though I kept the windows rolled down consistently as they told me to do, even while driving in cold weather! I called the shop to explain the situation and was told I would be able to speak to a manager. When I arrived, the front desk employee just told me the best they could do was rewash the seats and that they had no way of getting the vomit smell out. If that's the case, I have no idea why they acted like they could do it and upcharged us. It feels dishonest, like they're taking advantage of people. I would have had far more respect for them if they had simply said they couldn't remove the smell. We are super loyal to establishments that we think do a good job. It was so frustrating to go in with good intentions, kindness, and politeness, and to even come back in person to get it sorted out, optimistic that a good establishment would want to do right by its customers, only to not even be given the time of day by the manager. I went back on a Tuesday afternoon, when it was not busy, specifically so that I would not inconvenience them during a busy weekend. Lastly, when they detail your car, they put all of your belongings in a plastic bag, and when we got home, there were random items from other people's cars in our bag. Mixing up customers' belongings is careless, and it's also a privacy concern.

Chose the cheapest of their services, I even think they took less time that initially estimated. They offered us the wait room, it helps they have DirectTV. They also have bottled water free of charge. Their room has A/C...and very efficient. My mom had to step out for a bit and the gentleman noticed right away and asked if we wanted him to regulate the temperature. Super nice. Now the actual service; the car is shining, looks new after they cleaned it. Let it be said that it's been MONTHS since I last washed it, so we are talking months of snow, rain and road salt. They didn't even take that long! Don't listen to the other reviews, no idea what they expect...caviar!?

It had been over four years since his car's last detailing (and possibly cleaning of any type). Therefore the folks at Mr. Car Wash (@ 38th Street & Lowell) really had their work cut out for them. We were shocked when we picked our car up at the end of the day. I honestly didn't believe it would be possible for the folks at Mr. Car Wash to make the car look so good. My older son was so impressed by the results, that he's planning to bring his SUV to Mr. Car Wash next month. Bravo Dahlia!!!

This place is great for what it is: a do it your self car wash…read more I needed to wash my car after after driving 1000 miles and chose this place because it had good reviews on google. I'm not sure why it's rated so poorly on yelp. I washed my entire suv for $6. Everything functioned as expected, except the dryer was not very strong. Bring a towel to finish drying! Note: the dryers are only located in the middle two stations. There's also a vacuum available for use. There seems to be a lot of confusion about the $12 authorization placed on your card prior to the accurate charge posting and the minimum $3 charge. These are both clearly posted at the wash but know this before you go so you're not surprised. The correct charge posted to my account within 3 days. It's great that they accept card and don't require tokens to be purchased.

4 stars because it was exactly what I was expecting, no more no less…read more I've used a few self-service car washes in the area and this place works well. I arrived around 6:30pm and there were stalls open with a few people cycling in and out all the time. The way it works is you put your credit card or coins in the machine and the wash should begin automatically. You use the dial to switch between the soap and water modes. There is a de-bug soap, tire soap, and other soaps in the red gun, and then when you want to wash you use the high pressure water gun. The high pressure is super nice to get rid of dirt and smudges. Tip: Have a game plan since you get charged more the longer you use it. To stop the wash and the cost, hit the red stop button. Tip: if you need to wash your car mats you can pull them out and hang them using clips on the wall. I soaped mine down and then rinsed them. Also helps to bring towels to wipe down your car! Call-out: some reviews mentioned being charged $12 but this is just a temporary credit card hold which is common for most credit card transactions, but the official cost will post correctly with the amount you actually were charged. There is a $3 minimum so you
