But once I had arrived to The Train Station, I immediately fell in love with this place. I absolutely love coming to The Train Station for many reasons. First and for most, I love the amount of support that I have received from the amazing trainers here at this gym. They have pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and have guided me along the way to live a healthier lifestyle. The trainers have all done an exceptional job in helping me to incorporate proper techniques and form during my workout routines in order for me to get the results that I want. Additionally, the trainers have helped me with my nutrition by providing me with a customized meal plan that works for me. Furthermore, I get to call this place my fit family because the trainers as well as the clients who patronize this establishment have become a second family to me. This is the first gym that I have ever been to where I have honestly felt that everyone is there to work with me and show their support as I continue my fitness journey.
