It's obvious the years of learning, training and dedication she has put into her business, as after spending one minute with her you can tell this is her life. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about proper technique, body movement and form, but she also took the time to help and correct every person that was taking the class. If she saw one person struggling in a class of people succeeding, she would rewrite or modify the entire workout for that person. Many times "that person" was myself. She made going to classes that were at first scary or intimidating become classes that I would look forward going to. I knew that I would leave with a better understanding and in turn, a better workout because of her love for teaching and the love for her sport. Since then I have taken up training with her multiple times a week. One month later I lost 12 pounds and had a body fat content of 19% and had the body of a 30-year old at age 31. One year later, I was hit by a car while I was on my bicycle and suffered a broken left wrist, a sprained right shoulder, and a left knee contusion. I knew that I could not heal faster by putting extra stress on my joints despite healthy physique. That's when I called Cristina again.
