Skip this place until they get their operation synced and organized. Paid $46 for inside and out clean. Due to busy day I ended up hand drying my vehicle to avoid the water spots on my black vehicle. About 35 minutes after I my wash/dry was finished they came over to start on my vehicle. When I told the owner my problem (and that the guy in the black Explorer was having the same issue I heard a good story about how short staff there were and had plans to add additional employees, but he did not offer to discount or refund the purchase. read more

I booked my detail appointment for 2pm online - very easy. I got a call to see if I could come in earlier, I couldn't, and they said no problem, very pleasant. So far, so good. I went in to drop off my car (10 minutes early) and had to wait for/hunt down someone to talk to. I told the girl I was there for my detail appointment, she radioed and told someone I was there for my 2pm detail. The response was "ok just get her key". They never asked who I was or which car was mine. Weird. They didn't go over any policies or pricing, even though the pricing was listed online when I booked. Still, weird. So I hesitantly handed over my key. At that point, another guy walked and and I asked him if he wanted to know where my car was parked. He then asked me which one it was, I told him, then he said they'd find it. I confirmed with him that it would be about 2.5 hrs for the appointment. He said yes. I asked if I would get a call or somewhen it was done. He said yes. Seems to me I shouldn't be the one driving this conversation. Anyway... I left. About 3 hrs go by and I don't hear anything. I call and there is no answer. So I went back to see what was happening. Again had to wait for someone to show up to talk to. When he did, he said my car was almost done. I asked what the hold up was and why I hadn't gotten a call yet. He said that they didn't start until 2:30 because "that's when they thought I was coming." Um, my appointment was for 2:00. He said "Oh sorry" and then left. Another guy walks in and got on the phone for about 10 minutes (sounded like it was work related) and then tried to walk out. I had to stop him to ask about my car. He said it was done. ???? So I paid and left. Very odd and frustrating experience. In the plus side - my car looks great. read more

Disappointed, at 3PM on a Thursday the wait was 50 minutes. I left and went to Kaddy. Only got the outside cleaned by it only took 5 minutes. Rocket needs to put more workers on staff to keep the line moving. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. I brought my truck in on Saturday, 1/22/22. Went through the car wash, and then parked. Some kid who works there hands me some wipes for the inside, and proceeds to towel off the outside. He finishes and walks away, and I get out to check how he did. The answer? He did a TERRIBLE job. There were several spots that were still very wet, and my rear bumper was COVERED in suds. I walked over to him asked if I could have a couple of towels, he asked why and I told him that it was to get all of the spots that he missed. I drove home and proceeded to further clean my truck. I usually pay $9 to run my truck through Kaady - I bring a towel and tire stuff with me, which I don't mind because it's a $9 wash. This wash cost me $20, and I spent a lot more time cleaning afterwards. read more

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Rocket Wash. I paid for their best option (after tip & tax, this was $62). The exterior was not cleaned well at all. There was still dirt visible dirt everywhere. The interior cleaning was equally disappointing. I had to come back and ask for parts of it to be redone. At this point, I took a closer look at the car and noticed that there were scratches all over one side of my car. I caution against bringing your vehicle here. read more

Rocket Wash, you've just lost a customer for life! I decided to splurge and paid $54.20 plus a 15% tip for your "Ultimate" wash. When I walked out to my car, I noticed none of my WeatherTech mats had been wiped down. They were vacuumed but still dirty with muddy footprints. I asked if they just forgot to clean them and was told it's an extra $2 per mat to have them cleaned. You've got to be kidding!!!!! I asked another young man if I could borrow a wet rag and do it myself. We was so nice and ended up wiping them down for me. He gets 5 stars for being so kind but this car wash needs to think long and hard about their mat policy. For $50 it should be included. Doesn't matter to though. I will NEVER come here again. read more

So I drive for Lyft full time. I took my car into rocket wash yesterday and got rocket for wash and the ultimate for the interior. Tonight while driving and picking up passengers I got sever people commenting on how the car was brand new. Right off the lot. Had to to tell them that the car is a 2017. They thought it was a 2019. This is how good my car looked after the work they put into it. It really did have that new car shine to it. Oh and an added bonus it seems like every one there really enjoys working there. read more

The Interior cleaning was amazing and looked so good but the exterior cleaning unfortunately wasn't as good. Had the exterior cleaning been better and also if the prices were a bit cheaper, this would've got a four star rating from me. Needed a car wash with but only could use chevron because I have a big front bumper on a 4x4. Tried rocket and they helped me. Not only was it fast service with girls out holding signs a young man gave me a nice wipe down. By far amazing friends service. Wishing I got names but forgot to. Good job guys ! read more

Update 10/9/19. I've been back twice since my initial glowing review and must say the quality has slipped quite a bit. The bright side is this is still the best quick full service car wash in Vancouver but only because this town is severely lacking a quality car wash. Today they didn't seem overly busy when I pulled in but I was informed an interior/exterior would be at least an hour wait. I drove from across town and needed to eat lunch so that didn't bother me much. One issue I really have is the "pre-tipping" before you get to see the result. Today I opted up not use that feature and would prefer to tip in cash anyway. Well 1:30 minutes later my car was done. I walked out to it an immediately saw the door sills had dirt marks on them, not a huge issue but still wouldn't have expected to see it. Looked at the exterior and water spots all over it from letting it dry in the sun. Floor mats (rubber) were dirty, I guess there is a $5 option to clean those, corners of most of the interior glass was missed and rims didn't appear to be wiped down and a half hearted effort at tire dressing. It's really sad because I had high hopes for this place initially when I spoke with the owner and the fact it took an hour and a half on a seemingly slow day. I think the problem is lack of training or employees not taking pride in their work. Will I return? Probably just because it's about the only decent option in this town but I certainly hope they take notice of those reviews and fix the common complaints everyone seems to have. Huge upgrade from the previous carwash at this location. People are friendly, professional, courteous and seem to care about what they're doing. The prices seemed a bit hefty at first, but when the job was done, I saw a huge value in what I paid. There isn't a cash back option when you pay, but you can choose to leave a tip during the transaction. This will be my new go to carwash in Vancouver! read more

I had a membership with this carwash. In the membership details it stated that I can come in at least once a day. Perhaps I didn't tip enough. I used to give a minimum of $10.00 every time I came in. I'm an Uber/Lyft driver so I thought this would be ideal. But between other cars coming in after me getting helped, and workers not being quiet with they are talking crap about me because I come in every day I'll just go back to cleaning my car myself. read more

As I sit here into this process about 45 minutes watching the " launch crew" working in cars finishing the clean, and I am far from impressed. $37.00 to watch your launch crew walk at a sloths pace ( Les Schwab they are not), seemingly not to care, people are waiting. For 50.00 I really thought it would be clean. It was disappointing. The doors still had crumbs in them so I had to call the guy over. Then they actually tracked mud back in it after vacuuming. I think it is way overpriced for what you get. read more

Excellent car wash and would highly recommend it to anyone! Everyone was very courteous and professional! They did a great job on my car, both inside and out! I was in and out faster than expected. Bring your car here, you won't be disappointed. I've been telling all my friends about the new car wash on Mill Plain and how awesome it is! They are the only full service wash that I know of around here and do an okay job. The pricing recently went up so for outside and inside (cheapest full option) is $40. They are in serious need of operations and efficiency help!! They quoted me 45 minutes and I'm still sitting in my car- haven't even started yet and already paid. If you are going to close the lobby have customers wait outside while their car is being serviced you should consider bringing some of the chairs from the lobby outside for people to sit in. especially when it's going to take 30 to 45 minutes to finish the vehicle. read more

I've brought two very dirty vehicles here this summer. My minivan turned out wonderful, 50k miles without a detail and I was so impressed with the work at the cost. Also brought a sedan that I was returning on lease. For $50 it looks ready to transition to the used car lot and will save me several hundred of lease return cleaning fees. This place is a really good value - and you can't compare it to professional detailing that costs $200 or more. read more

I was willing to give this place a try since the old full service car wash that it took over is gone. I'm very disappointed with the outcome. Seems like even if you pay the premium it's the same type of service all around. They only had 3 teenagers working at the time which explains the lack of detail that my car got. My wheels were still dirty and parts of the car were still dirty that the wash itself didn't remove. Bottom line is I won't be coming back. Take your car to the $10 wash and go down the street. You get a way better wash and also better off finishing the detailing yourself read more

Paid 16 dollars and tipped the rest of a 20 to an unappreciative young woman. I really only needed to have the bugs cleaned off the front and windows freed of the oily hand Marks on the outside. Neither were cleaned off. Someone that's an adult should be there overseeing it and making sure the kids clean how they are supposed to and to a high enough standard. read more

Staff were friendly. Hadnt been in over a year due price and quality of the cleaning job. Probably wont go back after this round. Outer wash left my truck streaky and with dust around trim. On the vacuum job my back seat was still covered in dog hair and my door wells were never wiped. I had to redo both at home. PS also wishing i had not tipped in advance. read more
