I arrived at this car wash late in the evening on a Saturday when there was no one around, and I was completely alone. I had just bought new wheels for my car, and I needed to swap them, clean the old ones, and store them in my car. I had everything I needed and quickly replaced the wheels. The old wheels needed to be washed for future sale. At the moment I paid for the wash, I suddenly heard a loudspeaker blasting a series of insults directed at me, and the man demanded that I leave his car wash. But who is he to talk to customers like that? I paid for the service and was using it; I didn't do anything to him or damage any of the equipment to warrant such shouting. After hearing those insults, I decided not to wash my car anymore. Furthermore, I'll be filing a complaint with my bank to cancel the payment. I have used this facility twice and based on the reviews would like to meet him. I don't use the vacuums or trash cans because that is available at home. The cost of renting his facility for ten minutes is a great value to me. I can't wash my engine or under carriage at home and I don't own a pressure washer. The stall I used was clean except for what the pig ahead of me left on the walls and floor. I had some time left so I cleaned up as well as I could. Thanks to the owner of this business for maintaining this facility for our use and putting up with some people that have no regard and don't clean up after themselves. Wish I would've read the Yelp reviews and not just the Google ones before visiting this place. I use self service car washes instead of automatic because I prefer to clean my car myself and feel I can get it cleaner with no leftover hidden dirty spots. I took my time, knowing it would cost me more, to thoroughly clean my car and went through each cycle (more than once). My husband cleaned his car in the bay next to me and finished in half the time. When we pulled out I laughed because I could see fingerprints on his trunk. When we got home I teased him about missing the common spots that people miss (I grew up around cars and know better). And then I saw my car and was shocked at all the dirt remaining considering the point I made to get those spots multiple times. Based on others having the same experience I'm guessing it's cheap soap, but possibly the brushes. Leaving a review on Google only gets a nasty, defensive response from the owner. I drove 15 minutes away from home to try this place because its self service. Yes it costs more than most places, but that's expected for quality self service places. the attendant got so mad at me because i used my dollars to get change. im so irritated because he argued with me in front of my 6 year old daughter. There are clear, easy instructions on how to stop the meter, however when I was done with my cleaning and I pressed the stop button, the meter didn't stop!!! I pressed it many times, asked a person in the bay next to me, went to the Mobil station next door to see if they might own the car wash, finally called a number associated w business and whomever answered was a complete JERK!! I have been going there for 3 years. This morning, since it was raining, I decided to move my items from the cab to my trunk, while under the bay for shelter, before washing and vacuuming. After a couple minutes, tbe owner came up and asked what I was doing. When I explained, he said....make it quick because people use the bays for projects...I explained it would be done in 5 minutes. 2 minutes later he comes back over & says you need to move along. Wow! I told him I would be washing my car elsewhere and he said good! What a jerk! I also let him know I spend about $ 50 there a month. The one redeeming thing about this car wash is that they accept credit cards. Personally, I hate constantly worrying about running out of quarters and having to run around to feed the machine, so I do find the credit card feature much easier. Now, with that being said, I just got home to find out that I got charged $10 on my credit card! What?!?! I did see the sign that said $2.50 for 4 minutes (which in my opinion is already a rip off but that's beside the point) but if my math is correct, being charged $10 would mean that I was there for 16 minutes. Which I can assure you, I most definitely was not. And yes, I did see the button that you push to stop your timer and I did see it say thank you but there was no timer or counter going to let me know where I was at. I have used other car washes with this feature where I am from and most of them show you exactly where you are in dollar amount and this was was not very clear at all. So for that reason again, I will never return to this car wash again. Other things about the car wash that I noticed. 1. Trash all over the vacuuming bays. Very dirty and didn't seem well maintained at all. 2. It seemed to be the ghetto street racer hang out. There were guys pulling into the bays, revving their engines which ensured that you got a nice breath of exhaust while washing your car. It appeared it was their meeting area and maybe one of the four or five was actually washing their car. It seems that Vancouver is lacking on self service car washes but of the ones I have visited, I will never come back to this one. read more

I don't have a place to wash my car at my current apartment complex and my car was absolutely filthy. Found this spot on Yelp and decided to try it out. During the day the owner/manager was on site and very friendly and helpful!! You can use your debit card to both wash and vacuum so you don't have to keep feeding quarters into a machine which is nice. The wash has options for pre-assembled, wheel and tire cleaner, etc and you can switch back and forth as needed. The only downside is that you can rack up a decent bill pretty quickly if you take a lot of time...but I can't emphasize enough how filthy my car was so I'd kind of expected that to happen. If you just have a quick wash to do it'd be no problem. I'd recommend this place and will return!! read more

Went there to wash my car this past Saturday, two of their machines took my money, no biggie, but there were a couple of other customers this happened to as well, no manager on site, they couldn't speak English very well so I offered to call call the number listed on google, a gentlemen answered by the name of Dan or Daryl (something with a D) anyways when I tried to tell him that the machines were ripping us off he started yelling at me! his exact words were "COME ON LADY, YOU THINK I BELIEVE BOTH MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING" Like I was making it up to rip off $2 from him...no you come on DUDE!!!! What happened to customer service these days? Anyways after arguing with him (on speaker in front of the other individuals who were waiting to get a resolution out of this) I ended up hanging up on him. He did tell me he couldn't get anyone there until 2 which was fine, I offered to put a sign up saying out of order and that apparently just ticked him off even more. No sir, we weren't trying to rip off your cheap car wash, we just wanted to inform someone that YOUR machines were ripping off its customers. This guy should no longer have a job after the way he treats his customers. By far the worst experience I have had in my 37 years of life! What a joke!
