it was working on the street and was spray mud on my car. I pay $15 for ultimate and on the car I still had place where didn't clean up the mud and scratches I saw on my car. I would never go again there. read more

I only came here because SuddUp was closed and needed a wash. It was cheap so I guess get what you pay for, but I've paid less for a better wash. I do the waxing myself all I need is the wash part, but my windshield was still dirty and the front of my car had dead bugs still crunched on... wouldn't come here again for a deep clean but also wasn't bad if your car just needs a rinse. read more

In Camas so closest location but inferior to Andresen which is twice the size and probably maintains wash equipment better since several auto dealers nearby. After last E. Mill Plain poor experience I called corporate 2X leaving VM for same guy twice (reception would not give me supervisor 2nd). He has not called back 11 days later. Made me realize that if one calls about damage etc. it appears we can't rely on this business. This location's drying time not sufficient so left with wet car AND nowhere to dry off as the few spots were taken (mid-morning weekday no line/wait). Andresen has two washes and over double spots. Both don't close mirrors unless ask and always some areas still dirty BUT I can live with these IF water pressure does not damage... and car dry (then would be 4*). read more

My car came out relatively clean but the force of the water was so high that it degraded the weather stripping and between-panel buffer tape. It also lifted a piece of the roof paint right off. Friendly staff, but still I'll go elsewhere in the future. read more

Cheap for a car wash and comes with a free vacuum, which is nice. One of the staff member's was a little rude though. Drove up to the entrance and this middle aged guy told me not to break and then said "Neutral." I've never put my car in neutral before so I didn't know what that meant and I asked him what he meant and he just said "Neutral" again, so I again asked what he meant and he said "Neutral mean's neutral." Like ??? why would you think that that's helpful? He did point out what to do after that but he still shouldn't have been a smart-allic and was kinda rude in the interaction. read more

This place isn't bad, but my car never gets really clean (especially with bird droppings). Also, as others have pointed out, it'll bend your license plate if it's not in a frame/holder. I've found my car gets a lot cleaner at other automated car washes. The staff is friendly tho, which is a plus. Also when everyone is lined up in the wash bumper to bumper, I'm never sure if I'm getting the premium wash I paid for or the same thing the guy in front of me is, given how close our cars are together. I'm always worried we will bump into one another given how the spacing is. Having been there about six times now, I'll stick with my previous assessment. read more

$9 car wash. I wish it was better. I'm used to places having someone with a broom-brush that wash the back and the tires so vehicles come out cleaner. They did have a help wanted sign but there was also a guy who directed people into the wash who could possibly do this ??? Idk ??? What I do know is... society has become an extremely lazy version of what it used to be... :'( read more

We have washed ALL our vehicles here for years. They a reliable job for an automatic carwash. You can't expect a hand detail. The employers have always been so friendly. They watch out for the safety of my vehicle especially when I have my hitch attached. I always remove my radio antenna. That's just common sense. Their facility is always very clean even with all the scumbag bums in the area. read more

This location is VERY busy. I went on one of the first sunny days of the year, apparently much like the rest of the population did. Despite there being a queue of cars backed all the way to the street from both entrances, and there being only one car wash building with one conveyor (other Kaady locations have two separate buildings), they still got all the cars through very quickly (by only leaving the minimal space between cars, which was a bit disconcerting). As with all other Kaady locations I've used, my car came out clean and dry. The only points off here were for a broken "drive now" light at the end of the car wash, and the reliance on a human to try to signal people when to drive off instead of shutting it down until it was repaired. read more

The scratched my rims on a 2022 Honda accord. They never accepted any fault. It was a brand new car. They had the audacity to give me a free car wash coupon for the damage! Had to pay to get new rim! I showed them the damage immediately after it happened. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR RIMS read more

I went in today because the weather is awesome and my car may be covered in pollen and dirt.. hey we live in the PNW. Is about $8-10 depending on wash you prefer but to be honest, I don't see a difference. I appreciate the friendly customer service but I don't feel like their wash really cleans my car. I've come out of this place and still have dirt on bigger areas that I saw get washed. So i don't know if they need to replace something or add more soap. The wait wasn't too bad although they were busy considering the sun is out today. I dislike how they rush you to be on top on other cars, I want some space between the car in front and behind me while mine is being washed. read more

Kaady car wash? I'll stick to daddy car wash. My 70 year old father could have cleaned this car better. There's still bird shit on window

Immediate and friendly service; no long lines or grumpy, annoyed employees like Washman seems to have. On my first visit to this location, I just needed to use the vacuum and did not need my car washed. When I explained this to the attendant that helped me, he just let me through to the vacuum station for free! I'll definitely be coming here again anytime I need a car wash or to vacuum out my car. The vacuums say that you should limit your time to about 10 minutes of use but this is'n't enforced, at least from what I've seen. It may be different on really busy days, but I used the vacuum for about 20 minutes and was not approached by an employee to stop. read more

I never go to car washes, but wth, decided I would give this one a try. It was very busy, but we did not have to wait long. Paid for platnium, which was $10. They did pre-wash the car before we went through. I did pull up to the vacuum area, I did inspect my car, I did not notice any damage to my vehicle. Overall, I would come here again. Better than washing the suv by hand. They do not give you the wipes to wash the inside of your car, but no biggie. read more

I do not recommend this car wash, I had bird poop on the front of my car and it's still there, plus how do they know what type of wash you paid for? I am not coming back here ever again. read more

This place is alright. It's speedy and does a quick clean up but I have heard some crazy stories coming from this place. Basically if you need a quick wash on your car but aren't looking for perfect, go for it, but if you're looking for a good efficient and thorough car wash, you're gonna need to pay more at a different place or hey even hand wash your own car if you're super picky. read more

Went here on a Saturday thinking that it would be busy... There was no one in line! I was able to get a car wash for $10 within a few minutes. Car washes don't usually get your car completely clean which is the same case with this car wash. You do get to vacuum your car afterwards which is included in the $10 car wash. read more

So I was vacuuming my car out as well as several other people. I looked at the car wash people were still getting them washed. No line but individuals were being accepted so I thought I would be as well at 7:59 I headed towards a car being helped. I waited patiently over 2 minutes while he conversated then gave them a large strip of tape for car wash so their car wouldn't leak. They pulled towards car wash I pulled forward. by the time they were done talking to the employee it as 8:01. Never thought I would hear from the attendant that they were closed but I did. He said they were closed I told him I was behind that car the whole time and they were able yo go and if so why wouldn't you tell people vacuuming a couple minutes prior about them closing. He was very rude with a smart look on his face raising his voice we are closed he said again. I told him I don't need change and have a prepaid card and this is unfair since I waited behind the prior car and made it there before 8:00. He said the gate is open you must leave. So iI circled around again to asked him his name and this time I got a nice voice but scared he said Morgan. That is that but I went today and when I approached a lady was there Morgan helping the other side. I asked her if she was a manger she said yes assistant I told her what happened. She started getting offensive not listing telling me every car in front of me was told to exit that day that they were closed as well. That Morgan told her this. I tried several times to tell her this is not true he assisted the Car in front of me. She just kept yelling he did not I told her I am a paying customer I buy my car washes in advance he didn't even have to worry about a transaction I just tried to give him my car wash card. Then she made me sound like I was confused and said you gave home money and didn't get a wash and I showed my card and said no I tried to give him my card with washes purchased he didn't even need to collect or tender just let me go like the car infront of me. she repeated the cars in front of you were not able to go either. She started getting more aggressive so I gave her my car wash card and went through. The thing is this is not good costumer service. And management can believe there employees over a customer but how are you going to let leave a customer unhappy and tell them they are lying I would never come back but I did today to get some sort of apology or even just a chance to tell her what happened but she didn't care and was hateful towards me. With Morgan grinning at me from the other side. This employee is lying the car in front went through and I waited behind them while Morgan chit chatted. Then was ready for them to go. And I was turned down. Your staff has been awesome for years even the gentleman that helped me when the vacuum hose fell apart that day was nice. Oh ya management also said vacuuming is free you didn't pay for anything. I pay I advance for cards. The thing is Morgan ruined my evening and experience there. Never been treated so rude here. What is going on here???? read more

Very quick and smooth but my car didnt get dry from the blowers.and the vacuum spots were all taken.

This car wash uses very strong rotating brushes that beat on your car. For my car, it bent the front license plate. Also the rotating brushes have trouble reaching some places that are in the shadows of various car parts (ex: side mirrors). This place only has 2 options of the wash, and unlike other places does not offer a wipe for inside surfaces. read more

Do not, repeat DO NOT get your car washed at Kaady carwash. The process will tear off parts of your vehicle and Kaady managment WILL NOT Pay for repairs. It tore off the skid plate on my 2013 Nissan Altima and they told me that it had missing bolts which is BS. read more

If I could give zero Stars I would. Bring in a dirty car and leave with a shiny dirty car all for the fabulous price of $10.00

I pay the premium wash and sometimes get a indication mark on the windshield and sometimes not. Rarely is there any button pushed at the control panel for the extra service I paid for and never get a pre wash spray. I asked the guy once if he was going to spray the precast but was told I didn't pay for it. This place is a scam, poor quality service and last couple tines noticed there was a attitude toward the customer. I won't go there anymore. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to in MY life!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The worst customer service ever especially the pregnant girl! I asked for the 10 dollar car wash and I meant to say the 8 so that was my bad but I corrected myself literally seconds after! But instead of telling me first that she already ran it she rings it again for the 8 so now I have spent 18 dollars! And she refunded me the 10!!! If she would have communicated with me I would have said it's fine I'll do the 10! Then I do the car wash and it's sooooo horrible bug guts on my window still on the car and the back of my car is completely wet!!!! So I pull up to the FREE vacuum, it doesn't work second, doesn't work!!!! Third doesn't have any power at all!!!!! So for 18 bucks I get to go home wash my own car a vacuum it out all over!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK EVER!!!!!!! read more

Crappy car wash....left hard water marks all over my brand new car. Go to the other location on Andresen or somewhere else

I love this place, it's the only place I will take my car. The attendants are so knowledgeable, they know everything there is to know about cleaning cars. Highly recommended! Fast easy and importantly CHEAP!!! They are always right there to help as soon as I come in every time with a smile on their faces. Couldn't ask for more in costumer service! read more

The wash was decent but the vacuum situation is garbage. One of the vacuums is out of service and after waiting fifteen minutes for an open stall I get in one and that vacuum wasn't strong enough to pick up a feather. Now I'm stuck with leaves all over my floors. This is mainly why I even paid the ten bucks. Fix your vacuums Kaady! read more

Was recommended by a friend but last couple times have been less than subpar. There's only one vacuum that actually sucks up the debris from your car. And even that one still leaves stuff behind. My brand new car was also scratched on the hood, side doors, and trunk so I asked if they had any policy for that. I went back so they could take pictures to show their manager (who was not available until a few days after) and took down my contact information so they could contact me when whoever is in charge is back. Now it's two weeks later, still nothing from them other than a scratched up new car. read more

I went to Kaddy Car wash and had my receipt for Premium Car Wash which showed a balance of $30.. I did not have the Kaddy Car Wash Card (do not remember ever having it). They would not honor the receipt or my explanation. Effectively, they said too bad it cost you $40 for one car wash and we do not believe you. I will never get another car wash at any Kaddy Car Wash. In my opinion, a horrible example of customer service and a missed opportunity to say, you know we believe you come on in for a complimentary wash. read more

My car was damaged over a month ago while getting a car wash at Kaady Car Wash in Vancouver. They told me to get two estimates which I did and e-mailed them the estimates per their request. Both estimates were over $1,000 now they're refusing to pay the estimate stating that it's too much. They're also trying to get me to go to a cheap auto repair shop to save a few dollars at my expense, this auto repair shop has bad reviews online and I refuse to go there. Im in my mid fifties battling a serious illness which i almost died from twice, i dont have money for a attorney or small claims court. Does anyone know a news station that would air this story and expose this corrupt business?, or Attorneys? I also posted a bad review about my experience at Kaddy car wash and less then 24 hrs it was removed and for some reason i cant post another review. I know that businesses can pay to have bad reviews removed. roblee_40@yahoo read more

Received a gift certificate, so I gave it a try. Went through on Thursday and they didn't spray my back window with the prewash. Went in on Friday to get the rest of the bird poo off the back window. Avoid this carwash at all costs. The car wash scratched the top of my brand new car and bent the license plate.

STELLAR service! I use this store because of its proximity to my commute route and the convenient hours, but I would go out of my way to come here on account of the conscientious and cheerful service by the regular employees there. What other car wash dresses their employees in a shirt and tie? Who does that? When my license plate was ripped off by the machinery one day, they supplied and replaced a license plate frame without hesitation. Think that's the least they should do? There are plenty of other car washes who don't, trust me. In an age when most young workers haven't a clue what impact that professionalism and an enthusiastic customer-service acumen has on the average consumer, these Kaady employees stand out. No machine-driven car wash does a perfect job on your car, and you always take the risk of damage; but Kaady does their best to proactively address potential issues before your car goes through the wash; and if something does happen, as it did in my case, they make good on it without hesitation. I can't impress upon young workers enough that it's the little things -- their appearance, their can-do attitude, being greeted with a smile, and going the extra mile -- that matter to a customer and will keep them coming back. Kaady gets it, much to their credit. The only reason this is a 4-star review is because of the limitations of any machine-driven car wash. But it isn't because of the quality of service or of their employees. Top notch, and a refreshing change from what I typically see elsewhere. read more
