I had taken an out of town friend down to Chula Vista to get some of the best tacos in the city and when we went back to the car full and satisfied, we immediately had a crash once we realized the two back tires were flat due to the construction of the place next door. I had only one spare and there were no tire shops in that area that could accommodate me with a tire that would fit to my car so I had no choice but to call a tow...which is something I hate doing! I browsed a list of tow companies in the area and I went with my gut instinct with Rocket Towing. The girl I spoke with on the phone was not only very polite but also very compassionate and understanding to my situation, which was nice, especially when you can imagine how upset I was that not one but TWO of my tires were flattened. She told me to sit back and that our tow truck driver, Jerry, will arrive in about 30 minutes. Well, not even 20 minutes later, Jerry rolls up, has the car hitched up like a pro and in 10 minutes we were already on the highway on the way to drop the car off at my dealership to replace the tires. (Thank goodness I was still under warranty) Jerry was great, super fast and very friendly and knows when to crack a good joke at a great time. He even offered us a bottle of water on the ride and to pick the radio station. Its the little things. Rocket towing was super fast, super affordable and SUPER reliable! I took his business card and will use them for any of my towing needs in the future. I was the designated driver for a group of friends for an event in downtown SD one weekend...we had a great time at a rooftop bar for several hours, but when it was time to go and my friends hopped in my car, I realized I had a flat tire. I noticed that a nail had punctured my back right tire and obviously had caused it to get flat over time, although I had no idea how long it had been in there. I drive a Ford Focus (aka no spare tire) so I had to look up towing places and came across Rocket Towing. Thank you Rocket Towing! A few weeks ago I got in a car accident on the freeway on my way home from work. The whole front of my car was smashed and the engine turned off.
