I called HEIL Plumbing when they opened at 07:30 hrs. I got a return call from Allison within 1 hour. She was able to schedule Eric (the younger) to come out the same day between 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs. Eric arrived at approximately 09:20 hrs. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue. This time, while he was running diagnostic checks to identify the issue, fortunately, the toilet clog cleared itself. He ran the check a number of times , including running the sink cold water to try to overload the waste line with water, to make sure that the clogged toilet was no longer an issue. Once he was satisfied that all was good, he let me know that the charge for today would be the general diagniostic charge of $95.00. Again, I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from making an appointment, to Eric's arrival time, his pleasant demeanor and his professional knowledge. I would highly recomment Eric (the younger) with HEIL Plumbing for anyone who has a residential plumbing issue that they need to have addressed by a pleasant, knowledgeable professional.

The technician did arrive on time, but did not offer any insight to our leak issue other than here's how much Heil would charge for a replacement. The assessment took a minute. Wish the assessment was either free or can get a refund.

They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable and do good quality work. I very much respect the…read moretechnician, but the problem appears to lie with the company's practices and fees. The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.

Honest, fast, and they kept helping even after there was nothing in it for them…read more We came to Service Force for a second opinion after another company diagnosed a pipe break and quoted us a very expensive repair. That diagnosis was wrong. Hendrik, a Master Plumber and co-owner/field manager, came out first -- honest, clearly experienced, and knowledgeable from the first conversation. He gave us a fair quote and was flexible with us throughout, never pushing or pressuring. The next day, technician Tyler found the actual problem almost immediately: a blockage 10 feet further down the WSSC-maintained line than the other company ever assessed. Both Hendrik and Tyler jumped on reporting it to WSSC right away and called it correctly as an emergency -- WSSC had a crew on site within about 2 hours, faster than we expected, and their independent findings matched Tyler's exactly. The part that really won us over: once it was clear this was WSSC's responsibility -- no paid job for Service Force -- Hendrik and Tyler didn't disappear. They kept helping until it was actually fixed, with zero financial stake left in the outcome. Tyler had every chance to push more paid testing first. He chose honesty instead. True integrity, respect for our home, fair pricing, and top-tier expertise from ownership down to the field crew. Service Force Plumbing has earned our trust and all of our future business.

Their customer service, positive attitude, and overall process are incredibly tight and professional. They went completely above and beyond for my family during a stressful week. Here is exactly why they earn a 5-star review: --Lightning-Fast Emergency Response: On the Friday evening leading into a holiday weekend, our HVAC went down. FH Furr dispatched a technician to our house in under two hours. The tech was fantastic and walked us through a couple of great solutions. --Proactive & Compassionate Communication: By Tuesday morning, they called to let me know the required part was in and ready for installation. During the call, I mentioned that our power had just gone out. Without hesitation, they offered to send an electrician to look at it and offered to bump up our HVAC repair time just to ensure my family was taken care of. It turned out to be a utility company issue, so we scheduled the HVAC fix for the end of the week when the power was expected to return. --Going the Extra Mile: Our power actually came back on Thursday, a day early. I called FH Furr to see if there was any flexibility to get the tech out sooner. Instead of giving me a generic script, the customer service representative went to their leadership team to make it happen for us. --Flawless Execution: The technician arrived even earlier than the adjusted time on Thursday and took care of the entire project seamlessly. From the front office to the technicians in the field, the communication was amazing and the execution was flawless. If you want a company that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further than FH Furr!

**WARNING -- Extremely Disappointing Experience With This HVAC Company…read more I strongly recommend that consumers **do their research before hiring this company. They quoted and installed a brand-new HVAC system costing over $11,000 with systems potentially ranging up to approximately $16000, Unfortunately after the installation was completed, they did not properly test the system to make sure it was actually working. As a consumer, I assumed and the sales person Jonathan advised me that the new system simply needed a few hours to cool the house after installation. However, that was not the case. Since they removed my old unit, my air conditioning has not been working at all. This is especially concerning because I have two double-coated dogs who cannot safely stay in temperatures above 72°F for extended periods, Being left without working air conditioning in this situation is not something I take lightly. I called their office at **302-947-8694** and was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, after they received more than $11,000, I have been left waiting with an HVAC system that was installed but is not functioning The biggest issue is not simply that something went wrong during installation. Problems can happen with any mechanical system. The issue is the lack of follow-up and urgency after receiving a substantial payment, especially when the customer is left without working air conditioning. I hope the company will take responsibility, send someone out immediately, properly diagnose the problem, and get the system working as promised. If you are considering using this company, please ask detailed questions about testing, post-installation support, warranty service, and what happens if the system is not working immediately after installation.
