The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.

The technician showed up during the scheduled arrival window - so far so good. He looked at everything and told me I needed to pay $1,000 for repairs. I was desperate, and we were in the middle of a heat wave so I agreed. The unit was working - albeit barely - after the guy left. The following morning, it had stopped working again. I called them to come out a second time, but the rep said they had no availability until the following day. So I made the appointment. For some reason, they refused to give me an arrival window this time. I waited at home all day for the technician to arrive. Toward the end of the day, they sent me a text saying that nobody would be coming because of "technician availability." The text said I should call THEM to reschedule (instead of the other way around). I went on their website and saw they had multiple appointments available, so I booked one for the end of the same day. Nobody ever showed up for the second appointment, and they never called or sent a text to explain why. I have called the office multiple times, but every time I do I get their stupid AI assistant that can't answer any questions or provide you with real information. And then when I ask for a live rep, it just says "someone will call you back in 2 minutes" and hangs up on me. If you actually want to receive service, you should contact another company. And even if they do happen to (1) pick up the phone and (2) send somebody out to your house - you know, the basics - then they'll probably screw up the job after charging you an arm and a leg. Beyond ridiculous.

We received an email late Thursday saying they needed to cancel and couldn't reschedule until the following week. They offered no explanation and because the notice was so late we couldn't find an alternative option. They also didn't pick up the phone when we called after receiving the email. Terrible customer service.
