Our home is 10 years old, and the double sink attachment to my kitchen granite countertop had begun…read moreto come loose. There was a 3/4-inch gap between the sink and the countertop on half of the edges of the sink, and I was afraid that if I didn't get that sink reattached, in the near future it would fall out. I sought repair quotes through Yelp, and Ryan Malloy, the owner of All Your Countertop Services, answered through Yelp messaging within minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need. In addition to granite countertop installation and repair, he told me he can also do general handyman jobs (other than plumbing and electrical) as well. I will definitely be calling on him for all of my handyman needs from here on out.

Mike gives free range dropping in every ten minutes or so to see if you have any questions. He has the no BS, no hassle, low key attitude that you want in a salesperson. To Richele and Vanessa who are extremely nice and show that they really do love what they do. They were in constant contact with us to make sure everything went smooth. To Kevin T, guy who came out to our house and did template, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to come over and let into your house. Very knowledgeable and respectful. To a young man who we didn't get his name, but he actually helped us with picking a much nicer color that suited our project better, it didn't matter to him that the one he sold us was actually cheaper then the one we were initially looking at. Very nice and helpful, thank you so much for not letting me make a mistake. To the guys who cut our counters when wife and I picked them out, they would always say hi to us when they saw us walking around looking, as to make us feel welcomed and not bothering them. For floors and countertops, work was very sloppy and everything was done without care, you had to be on top of them to address any details. Honestly, you are better off paying a little more and less headaches along they way. If you decide to go with them, it will take double the time they say, it will be sloppy work, and you have to get mad at them to get anything done.
