Some of the other patients might have, (I dont know if they ever said anything though, it never got back to me if they did) but ever since I was a child, I dont remember ever spending this much time with such a large group of people without being involuntarily removed at some point. From the receptionists who greet you to the aides who finish you up, and everyone in between, just an overall delight. I hope I never get hurt again, but if I do, Im coming here, and I recommend you do too (especially on M-W-F)

They were very warm and welcoming. Also, they were very knowledgeable regarding my insurance and didn't hesitate to call my insurance for me! Alan is incredibly personable and listened to my concerns. We began with a consult and he educated me about dry needling. I can tell you that I feel better after only two treatments! Alan knows his stuff and cares about his patients. I am excited to continue treatments and the prospect of being able to do the things I love again. Frustrating and Unorganized Billing Practices…read more This is the third time I've received a statement from Mountain Land Physical Therapy claiming that I owe $5. I have called multiple times to explain that I paid all my copays at the time of my visits. Each time, they assure me they will review my account and get back to me, but they never follow through. The last time, they promised to send me a detailed breakdown via email, yet I never received anything. I even went in person to the clinic where I received treatment, and the staff there agreed with me that something seemed off. Despite this, I just received another statement saying I owe $5. The same thing happened with my husband's account--we paid what they claimed we owed, assuming we had simply missed a payment. But now I realize that they don't seem to keep their billing records straight and are asking for payments without proper verification. This is a matter of principle for me, and I would like to speak with someone who can truly resolve this issue. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are extremely frustrating.

A few month later I had ankle surgery and choose to return to WPT. Tyler, Jacob and especially Danielle worked with me for 30 sessions helping break down really think scar tissue and helped rebuild the strength I needed. During one session Danielle told me they started Pediatric pelvic floor therapy, as we discussed it further I decided to bring my daughter in to help with constipation, bladder leaks and bed wetting. Her first intake appointment was with Tyler. I thought she might be uncomfortable discussing her issues with a man. Tyler was very professional. Our favorite thing we learned was the "proper potty" technique that helped with the constipation and within a few sessions her bladder was a nice rectangle on the ultra sound and the leaks were gone. As for the bed writing after 3 months of therapy we have gone from changing sheets every night to maybe once a month. She will continue with the exercises and breathing techniques Danielle taught her to continue to improve. I would certainly recommend WPT.

I was struggling with an extremely stiff neck and upper back to where I could barely turn my head in either direction. It ended up giving me a severe migraine to where I was beyond miserable. I called and was lucky to get an appt within 24 hours. The staff is incredible. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. The facility itself is immaculate. Very clean, organized, decorated perfectly. During my appt, we did an initial consult where the therapist explained everything, went over stretches, did the stretches and I received a handout to help me know what we did and what to practice at home. He did a very targeted massage that was helping all my trigger spots. Similar to a deep tissue massage. It was uncomfortable but was relieving so much stress and tension it made it worth it. Finally, the finale, the dry needling..... I HATE needles, couldn't even see them when they got them out, but was willing to try whatever to get relief. I'm not sure how many needles I received, but he did my upper back, neck and a few in the back of my head. It was painful, it felt worse than when I came in, BUT after 15-30 mins, I was almost pain free, could move my head back and forth, up and down. And more importantly, my migraine was absolutely GONE. I have tried EVERYTHING over the 10ish years where I have battled this unforgiving, Uncomfortable upper back and neck pain that leads to extreme migraines that last for days. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Couldn't be happier and more impressed with my experience today. Already made weekly appts through March. Will recommend to anyone and will be a long time patient.

The staff is super friendly and concerned about your progress and care. The last time I was here was four years ago and the staff that is still here recognized me, even after four years. That was really awesome to me. My insurance has had some major changes and they've kept me up to date with any information they've gotten. Their new facility is beautiful and has a nice set up. They have a cute little kid cubby that has toys and a tv for kids movies. Bottom line, I would recommend them to anyone and if need be I will return again myself.
