Jeff showed up on time, did his work quickly and did an excellent job - he even postponed another job for us because we needed the fence within a week; he didn't charge us any extra for the rush either. Our neighbors had a fence put in by AQF shortly after we got ours and some friends of ours have also used him and everyone has been just as pleased with the work as we were!

I contacted Sterling fence along with a couple others and I ended up giving the job to sterling fence company. The cost for this large fence around my entire property was around thirteen thousand dollars. I had several issues with my gates which they came out to repair a couple of times and also some uneven boards which they replaced. I had the fence built back in 2018 and as of today, September 26 of 2021 the fence is in horrible shape. Most of the boards are warping and cracking, the gates were never fixed correctly and I have been told by another contractor that my fence is not a copper wood fence but just a treated pine fence. I believe that after only 3-1/2 years something is not right. I have called Sterling fence on several occasions to make additional repairs or replacement of boards and gates to no avail. Also, the posts that they put in vary from 6' to 7' to 8' apart and because of this the structure is not solidified properly and the fence also leans because they did not use enough concrete to set the posts. The side boards also were not even treated lumber but regular wood and they are also totally warped. I am beyond disgusted with this company and want my fence replaced but good luck with that. I have since reinforced the posts by attaching 2 by 10 treated boards between each post to keep the fence together. I am considering my options. Never again will I recommend or use this company.

Very stressful project!!! We were told we were purchasing a…read moremaintenance free deck. We had an L-shaped deck installed (new deck in front-resurfaced deck on side). New deck looks great - resurfaced deck unacceptable. old deck posts never wrapped, exposing old cracked chipped paint. Aluminum siding cut off house where wood railings were attached, exposing large amount of wood on each side of the deck/house. New black aluminum railing was attached to the old unwrapped posts. We updated both salesman Johnny S and Greg, foreman, that this job was not finished and unacceptable. We were told wrapping the posts and fixing the house where the siding was missing "was not in work orders.". What?? This is suppose to be a maintenance free deck. we paid a lot of money, 60,000, for this unacceptable deck. I definitely would NOT recommend ReVamp.

Due to our Chicago weather, many of the posts were rotting out, so it was time to replace. I called that same company for an estimate. They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held.
