I could go on and on. He takes your money to finish projects before yours then claims we are causing him to bankrupt (but still in business). We had to terminate our relationship so that we could occupy the house before winter a year after signing the contract. Don't waste your time find a reputable builder instead.

He admitted to using old used wood that he had sitting around his shop. The balcony was already cracking and starting to fall within couple months. Kerry and his crew were able to accomplish all of them in a very short time period (always ahead of schedule) and for a very reasonable price. Some of the things Kerry fixed include: garage siding and garage windows, garage door opener, installing new overhead lights and fixing an overhead light from the 1980s, installing a new exterior door, removing an old privacy fence by the patio and installing a new one, and installing a new door bell.
