Im paying off my free $500 watch and cancelling ATT. Their prices are not competitive either. DO NOT use ATT. Their reps are Liars. Management won't help you. I just bought a new iPhone and needed to get a new SIM card for it. I was switching from a Nexus 4…read morethat was becoming obsolete and had a Koodo plan that I wanted to keep. I originally went to London Drugs, who said I needed a new SIM card but they couldn't activate it; so I called "The Mobile Shop" to ask if they could sell me a new SIM card and activate it. The rep said no problem. When I got there he was helping 2 other people and I thought I'd have to wait a bit, but he chimed right in and asked me for my old SIM card (from Nexus 4) which was too big for the iPhone card, so he simply trimmed it down and put it in the iPhone. Wow! I was so impressed that this excellent rep took care of me in 30 seconds flat, while not missing a beat with the other 2 customers. It was a free service too! Triple multitasker, very smart, focused, attentive and efficient. I'd recommend anyone to go to The Mobile Shop at the Real Canadian Superstore at 835 Langford Pkwy, Victoria, BC.
