I'm still paying contractors to fix their mess several years later. Posts were cut off out of square, the gate completely fell off after the first week and then had to be repaired after they came out to "fix" it. The post holes were not backfilled "leaving all the dirt in giant piles all over my yard" leaving over a foot hole around every post and they didn't use correct galvanized or stainless hardware for the outside climate which is now obviously rusted away. The complete project has been a mess I am still paying for. Oh, and an entire panel fell off the fence that I've had to pay to repair because it wasn't built correctly. I wouldn't allow this company to build with Lincoln logs, let alone a structure for my house. I wish I could post pictures to this review. A complete horror show.

She had me forward her the emails and photos and apologized for his lack of follow-up. She had another person call to follow-up and while he was very polite, I was already turned off because of Mike Sanders lack of follow-up. Cannot give my hard earned money to a company that cannot follow-up. Especially when I sent the photos that were requested.

I recently had an issue with one of the garage doors on my three-car garage. After taking a closer look, I noticed several loose track bolts and suspected something wasn't installed correctly. After reading reviews, I contacted Excellence Garage Doors and spoke with Raymond. He listened carefully to my concerns and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Raymond arrived on time as promised and immediately impressed me with his friendly personality and professional demeanor. He performed a thorough inspection of all three garage doors and quickly identified the problem. The lag bolts securing the tracks had been installed incorrectly and were the wrong size. Not only did he correct the issue on the affected door, but he also inspected the remaining garage doors and found several other loose fasteners that needed attention. We decided it would be best to replace all the lag bolts to prevent any future issues. What I appreciated most was that Raymond took the time to explain everything he was doing and why the repairs were necessary. There was never any pressure or upselling--just honest recommendations and quality workmanship. Their attention to detail, teamwork and final cleanup was more than what I expected and exceeded the experience that I had 23 years ago with a previous roofing company. I am really shocked to see the bad reviews on here, we hade Rock County Fence & Deck build our deck in our back yard and were very pleased. The next year they put a front deck on , had a few misunderstanding's which were addressed right away. Today while looking for some one to install fencing looked up reviews and saw the three bad ones, I know a few years back I wrote a review for are deck about how great a job they did but never saw it. Looks like yelp only like's to post the bad one that is so WRONG!!!!!! Any way I am calling them today for fencing. P.S. I will right a review when they are done good or bad will see. read more

We needed a railing added to our deck, called other companies and only Rock County followed through, quickly and we had a quote fast. After accepting the quote they promptly followed through with our project and we had some wrong materials (not their fault, ours) and they straightened it out with the supplier and finished the job!! They went above and beyond my expectations and even came back to cut the sod for the first time. They set up sprinklers and timers so that I wouldn't have to worry about keeping the sod alive. The crew was SOOO helpful and friendly. We have actually hired them back to install new shutters and various other jobs. They had a crew of 7 guys come in and do the entire yard in one day.
