Do not use this shady company!!!!!!!…read more We had hail damage so Mastercraft was going through our neighborhood, they asked to put a sign up and made us feel like we were getting a deal and how great they were. Wrong... I now have a roof leaking at several different spots also they did a crap job on the fascia. The workmanship warranty is only 2 years. I called to see if they could help, a guy by the name of Shawn said "if we took care of every problem.. We would be out of business." Well sir, you've lost mine and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to think twice and avoid the shoddy workmanship from this rotten company that does not stand behind the work. I am sure they were scamming the insurance from the get go on the "hail damage" anyway. I should have skipped passed these jokers. You should do the same... If they decide to come through and stand behind their work, then I will edit this review. Until then..... AVOID THIS COMPANY or you may be sitting in a water puddle under your new roof..
