Aside from the short montage that we had already received, those timelines were not met. On October 30, 2025, we received a general email acknowledging significant delays and communication issues. While the message expressed awareness of the problem, we have still received no deliverables, no specific timeline, and no meaningful follow-up. As of today, it has been 17 weeks since our wedding. We have also attempted to schedule and attend a phone appointment with the vendors (most recently on 12/19/25 at 1:45 PM PST), which they did not attend or respond to. Repeated efforts to communicate directly have gone unanswered.
