We grabbed a pizza here, and it was good. However, I would not recommend using a credit card. They attempted to charge us for multiple days, which is completely unacceptable. Another odd policy is that if you order takeout, you're not allowed to sit in the dining area. Instead, they make you use a separate entrance, which felt very strange and unwelcoming. read more

Great spot on Hollywood Beach right next to the stage with live music! We sat outside and had a great view of the stage - loud enough to enjoy but not so loud that you had to shout your conversation. The service is grudgingly supplied by a non communicating, eye rolling waitress. We told her our jumbo pizza was undercooked and doughy. We asked if they could cook it longer. The waitress said that it looked cooked well enough to her and it would be "unsanitary" to take it to the kitchen correct the problem after the dish was brought to the table. I found this response hilarious after walking through their very unsanitary and disorganized dark kitchen and food storage area to get to the filthy restroom! I was craving pizza and went with the "Sicilian"thick crust. When it arrived, it was really thick--honestly more than I expected. That said, it was still delicious, just a bit much. Next time, I'll stick with the regular crust. My husband had the Mahi Mahi sandwich. It was listed as grilled, but the texture and flavor leaned more toward fried--he gave it a 5 out of 10. The short version For a place on the beach side, it is surprisingly not that expensive... and it's good! The experience Walking up and down the beach makes you hungry and thirsty. And when you see a pizza spot around, the sky opens, the clouds go away, and the sun rays come through while a chorus of angels sing. I mean, I'd love a place with pescadito frito, but I haven't really found one... but pizza is always a great idea. Ok, so, we go in, the host sits us, order the "Dressed Pizza", and... you know how places near the sea are usually not that good and overpriced? Well, this is NOT that! We ordered the extra-large, but the large would have been enough for three people. We got a couple of beers which came at the perfect temperature, though they were warm by the end (thanks, SFL weather!), so, drink fast or drink warm, but that's on the heat, not on the restaurant. I had eaten it a long time ago and I think it was better. It also was ready about 20 minutes after being promised. My previous go-to pizza place has cleanliness issues so I am sort of stuck when I want pizza in this area. Maybe some of their items are better. I just haven't tried them. Coming over to the Hollywood area from where I live in Fort Lauderdale, there aren't often too many places with individual pizza slices where I live, so I had to stop by. The pizza was very good and it was only $4 dollars a slice which is rare for south Florida when you can find that elusive place that does slices. We had a nice view of the beach from our outdoor dining table and they were setting up some kind of concert that would have been visible from our table too. Our waitress was very friendly and quick.
