"AAAAAHHH!" I screamed. I might have flopped around on the table a little bit as well. It was all quite unmanly. Since the patient table is near a window, I was concerned that pedestrians outside might have seen me screaming and flopping around, but the doctor assured me that the windows are mirrored, so no one could have seen me. That was a comfort. I'm not sure the windows are completely soundproof, but at least I did not see any crowds gathering outside. Yes, it was another visit to the nice chiropractor. I have been here countless times and have great confidence in Dr. Robyn Chimenti. I usually come here when I have painful knots in my neck or back, and today was no exception. The doctor is quite adept at finding the exact spot that needs massage. I think these areas are called "trigger points." Oftentimes, she applies a cooling pad or also "Stim,", which means using little electrodes to give you shocks. Don't worry--the "Stim" doesn't really hurt. The doctor slowly turns up the intensity, and asks you when that's enough. Then she turns it up a little more. My neck and shoulder were in pretty bad shape, so I think it will take a few visits this time to work things out. I always look forward to the little shocks. Leaving the office, I explained to the receptionist that the screaming she heard was from some other, bad patient. I'm not sure she believed me. read more

Dr Singh is the best! She helped realign my contorted spine and made my 'working out' movements much better. It's no fun playing sports with a tight lower back. After every session, I feel more flexible and relaxed. I only subtracted a star only because she needs to clean that aquarium. But I'm sure she'll mention my yelp review the next time we meet and complain about it, that's how down to earth she is. read more

A good friend of mine and I were talking about chiropractors the other day and he said something that really rang true - it's too bad the profession is riddled with kooks and charlatans who claim they can cure pretty much anything by doing spinal adjustments, because the good and honest ones can really help you feel better. Dr. Chimenti is one of the good and honest ones. I hurt my back in May and nothing, and I mean nothing, was helping me. I decided to see what a chiropractor could do for me on the recommendation of a coworker and happened upon the Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch after looking at what my benefits would cover. All I can say is wow. Dr. Chimenti got me mostly back to normal in time for me to leave on vacation. Without her, I'd have been miserable and the trip would have been ruined. read more

After a Snowboarding accident (not to mention 2 rear end accidents in my past) I really needed to be seen by a chiropractor. I searched my company's Benefit's site and found another one (not the one I'm reviewing) and realized after 3 visits and not 1 adjustment occuring, that they were using me to bring in more clients ("bring in a spouse or significant other to our educational review") What is that about? I took my X-rays and ran to Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch, another business that was covered by my insurance. Connie works the front desk and always greets me with a smile and some small talk. I know there are 3 great practitoners there but I have stuck with Dr. Robyn Chimenti for about 3 years now. She was thorough in her examination of me and could tell I was in a lot of discomfort from the snowboard accident that was going on 1 month now without any adjustments. I remember my first visit and her first adjustment distinctly because not only was it a loud crunchy sounds (it's just nitrogen being released, no bones crackin), but I felt instant relief from there on out. She uses heat and stem- vibrations to loosen the muscles in the area that's about to be adjusted. This makes the most sense because usually muscles are so tense in those areas that a good adjustment can't always be made with muscles foghting back. You get to relax on the stem and heat alone in one of the rooms for about 15 minutes (plenty of recent magazines to choose from) and can take a little cat nap if this is during your lunch break. She then adjusts you and it always feels natural, not forced. I appreciate this office for the flexibility of working with my insurance and making sure I'm within the # of visits etc. I've never been happier and have recommended this to 3 other, happy customers. Also this office houses massage therapists, accupuncturists, and other specialty treatments. read more

Laser therapy and adjustments by Dr. Robyn Chimenti, D.C. has saved my life. I have been seeing Dr. Chimenti on and off for over 11 years for various aches and pains. Most recently I had sciatica so bad that I honestly could not take the pain any longer. I was sick of it. So I came in and we went over the various things that could help me be pain free. We discussed laser therapy. I have been to her 4 times for adjustments and 3 times for laser. I recommend laser therapy plus adjustments for sciatica pain. I can honestly say that for the first time in over 2 years I can sit again with out the pain in my back, buttocks, and legs. Go see her! Her receptionist Brittany is very welcoming too. Great little office! They moved to Crow Canyon Pl. and lucky me, she is right across the street from where I work! WHOOHOO! read more

If you are looking for a great chiropractic office, this is it! Great service, caring staff who are totally dedicated in healing! I have terrible lower back pain problems which prevented me from walking correctly. It was so painful that I could even tolerate a light touch without screaming. After my first visit, my inflammation started going away and within a few visits, I could walk with more ease. read more

My husband and I have been going to Bishop Ranch Chiropractic for a least 10 years. We love the doctors and the staff. My husband had sever problems, and through consistant appointments, he is great without back pain. We have had our children see the doctors, as well as our parents. They are truly an honest, reasonably priced and a compasionate group of professionals, which we could not live without!! Cherie R Dublin, Ca. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch. I've been seeing Dr. Chimenti for 5 years and not only is she just a joy to be around... she fixes me up!!! I always leave feeling good and she is immensely helpful is doing exactly what needs to be done. When Dr. C isn't available, Dr. Singh is always there to help (and I would recommend her as equally excellent!). The office is flexible, the whole staff is really friendly and helpful, and it's just overall an amazing experience every time I go. People generally use "amazing" in a hyperbolic manner on their glowing posts, but it is a perfectly accurate statement for CCBR!!! I really could go on and on. I stared developing severe migraines this year (I had had them in infrequent bouts in the past) and Dr. Chimenti used laser therapy on me. My first treatment immediately stopped my migraine. My second was more preventative, and it's been almost 4 weeks since the first with NO migraines! I was averaging 1-2 a week and spending wayyyy too much time in pain. I would highly recommend not only the office, but also this service specifically for those who suffer from extreme muscle spasms. 5 stars is not enough!!!! Highly highly recommend!! read more

I've been going to see these wonderful doctors for over 3 years and they are awesome! I consider both Dr. Singh and Dr. Robyn like family. They are professional, warm, caring as well as fun. They took care of our whole family and I love that they know who is doing what and genuinely care about us. The front office staff is great, Brittany has super nice and always accommodating and I'm a notorious last minute caller. I specially appreciate that they have Saturday morning hours!! These doctors take the time to get to know you, learn how your body reacts to the adjustments and make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in. They have a no-pressure approach to care which is different from other Chiro offices i been to over the years. Not here, they listen to you and respect that you know your body. They will recommend and encourage but they always leave it up to you...they are true partners in care. I am so sad that I have to find a new Chiro due to our move but I will for sure visit them when in the area!! Thank you team for such an awesome experience with our care! Will miss you lots! read more

Dr. Chimenti is amazing! I have been to so many chiropractors over the years. Robyn is the only one that I have been to who never tries to tie me into ongoing commitments. I go when I'm hurting, she fixes me, and then I leave smiling. I have never left her office hurting. She will work on you until she gets it right. read more

Can not recommend her enough! Attentive, thorough, patient focused and really listens.

This chiropractic office is amazing, I have been going to Dr. Singh for years now. She knows what she is doing. I did have to see Dr. Chimenti once because Dr. Singh was out of the office and she was fantastic as well. They take their time and really work the areas that need to be worked. I feel they are very honest people, they would never recommend costly treatment if you didn't need it like I have experienced from other offices in the past. I don't live local to San Ramon anymore, but I still make the sometimes hour drive to their office just to see Dr. Singh. read more

I normally don't Yelp unless I get a coupon or benefit from it.. Guilty! However, I am so please with Dr. Chimenti. She was very warm and welcoming from the second we met. I have been dealing with chronic back pain for 7 years and out of all of the chiropractors I have met, she was the most attentive to my needs and really listened. I plan to continuing getting treated here. Absolutely pleasant experience. read more

Robyn is an amazing doc! Crack, snap, what do you know? All straightened and food to go until next time!! Thanks doc!!

Dr. Vandana Singh has been my life-saver and favorite chiropractor. She is up-to-date on her techniques, takes her time in explaining and finding pressure points, and truly cares about my aches and pains. My visits start with a hot pack and stem-machine to help loosen my muscles before she works on me. Dr. V always make sure to treat her patients with respect and care. I recommend her to anyone seeking relief! She is simply the best. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Chimenti. I always feel MUCH better after each appointment. Also, she would never try to sell you unnecessary appointments, which I really appreciate. After my first appointment, since I felt so much better, I asked her how many more appointments I should get, but she just said wait and see how you feel after this and if you still feel pain, come back. Be careful on other Chiropractor offices which try to sell you a package deal. I called a few offices before I found Dr. Chimenti and one of the highly rated Chiropractor offices at Yelp actually tried to sell me a very expensive multiple appointments package and didn't even tell me if they accept my health insurance unless I go in to the office. On the other hand, Dr. Chimenti's office was very upfront on the cost. I gave my insurance information over the phone before I made the first appointment and they were quickly able to look it up and provide me my out of pocket cost which was very reasonable. Also, they open during weekends as well. read more

Mind you, this review is for the front staff only. I called and asked to make a new patient appointment and was asked my insurance, I told them, they booked an appt. Nice and easy-- or so I thought-- come the day of my appt, I go in and they have the nerve to tell me my insurance doesn't cover it and I'd have to pay out of pocket. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALLED?! I would have kept looking for a chiro that my insurance did cover. I'm 8 months pregnant and was in a ton of pain, told them to shred my paperwork and will not be back. RUDE and UNHELPFUL! read more

Dr. Vandana Singh is a talented professional! I have been to many chiropractors over the last 30 years and Dr Singh is one of the best. Gets right to the problem. You don't need to keep coming back week after week like some chiropractors. read more

Robyn is amazing at finding the issue and working on it. After a very painful and sudden sciatica, she knew exactly how to help it quickly and she was very informative on how I could help myself at home. She's very caring. She has up to date laser and tools to improve nerve pain a bit quicker. I won't say treatment is painfree because she definitely know how to find those painful spots and work on them, but my recovery is faster than expected. I definitely recommend Robyn Chimenti. Oh and I love her new office!! read more

I had slight back ache and discomfort in neck. A friend of mine suggested to see a Chiropractor (I have never visited Chiropractor before). I saw good yelp reviews for Dr.Vandana Singh and thought of giving it a try. She was great in calmly listening to issues, explaining what to expect, what kind of problems chiropractor can address, did quick check-up and recommended next steps. In the first visit itself, I felt great after session with heating pads & realignment done by Dr Singh. I have had few realignment sessions and every visit made me feel much better. Her staff is great in managing appointments and payment process. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I was easily able to get new slot when something urgent came up forcing me to shift earlier scheduled appointment. read more

I have only been to two other chiropractors. Dr. Robyn Chimenti was only the third chiropractor I've been to and the experience was great. After 4 separate accidents, my neck and back are just a mess. The wait is never more than about 5 minutes or so before you are seen. Reception is always professional, pleasant and friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. The office is a very family/friendly oriented place. Her office and staff are great even the times when my kids just tagged along and didn't have an appointment. Dr. Chimenti's exam is thorough and she uses heat or ice with stem for 15 minutes which is wonderful to take a catnap! Her adjustments are natural and nothing hurts after. You feel immediate relief. I've been so happy with the results that I sent my husband in and he has never been to a chiropractor before and was somewhat of a skeptic. He now is also a patient of Dr. Chimenti's. I brought both my children into see Dr. Chimenti in recently for adjustments. Both my kids play sports and when they have aches and pains from playing, Dr. Chimenti takes care of them right away. There is no pain and nothing scary involved for them and they feel better right away. I highly recommend Dr. Chimenti for the whole family. read more

Went to Dr. Chimenti on the recommendation of my physical therapist. I have been to many chiropractors over the years due to chronic hip and neck pain caused by sports injuries. I showed up in a lot of pain. The front desk greeted me with warmth and seconds later Dr. Robyn greeted me herself. Before I could even sit down she said, "Let's get you comfortable" we talked about my injuries and she put me on therapy for 20 minutes, adjusted my neck, lower back and hips. I walked out feeling pain free for the first time in a while. read more

Dr. Robyn Chimenti is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. Due to extreme stress, my back, shoulder, and neck began spasming. The pain was so intense that I could not even sleep. I was experiencing lactic acid production in my body as a result, so had constant heartburn, burps, and farts (TMI?). Additionally, the problems caused breathing difficulties; it was almost impossible to breath on some days. After a mere four visits, I am cured!!! I had never been to a chiropractor before, only criticized them harshly. I'll never do that again. Robyn is kind, informed, considerate, and careful. I could not recommend a better back doctor. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Chimenti for years for the occasional alignment that everyone needs. This past week I experienced the worst migraine of my life. I suffered for 2 days until I had to leave work early and get straight to the her office. She stayed late to take me because I was in bad shape. I cannot tell you how much better I felt after leaving. Today, one day later, is a brand new day!! I feel like a new person. I love Robyn, Dr. Singh and all the staff. They are always pleasant and inviting! I highly recommend Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch!!!! read more

Dr. Singh is great and the front office staff is personable. I love this place!

Dr. Vandana Singh is a genius. a few days after a car accident, i was traveling to california and spent some time in San Ramon for a conference. first off, when i called to make an appointment before I left, the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. by the time i arrived at my appointment, i was in excruciating pain, Dr Singh spent 90 minutes with me. The next day I returned and she had me on my feet again. my only regret is that Dr. Singh is 1500 miles away from where I live. I've been going to chiropractors for 33 years and she is by far one of the finest. She is skilled, uses a wide range of modalities, is respectful, listens, and goes above and beyond what would be expected of a visit. read more

I recently started going to this office and I have been very pleased so far. For me it's always hard going to new doctors but I felt like this office made it very comfortable. To start with, I liked the fact that when I got there for my first appointment, the office staff checked my insurance and then tried to explain to me my benefits before I went back for treatment and when I commented the lady at the front said something like "we don't want anyone to be surprised with how their insurance works". I appreciated this because I felt like I wasn't going to get stuck with a big bill that I wouldn't know about and I felt like they were trying to be very honest about the charges especially because I hadn't met my big deductible for the year yet (which BTW they were able to explain to me). Because a friend referred me, I happened to see Dr. Chimenti on my first visit but have also seen the other chiropractor Dr. Singh when Dr. Chimenti wasn't available. They were both very nice. I felt like they both listened. I also feel like they tried to give me options and I felt like they both were trying to make sure that I would still be in my comfort zone as I was a little hesitant at first. I also really like that they are a very family friendly office. I always have my kids with me and I always feel like they are welcome in this office. They even have a small playroom where my kids like to hang out. Definitely a little added mom bonus! I like this office! read more

every time I go to get an adjustment I leave feeling much better than when I arrived thanks to such wonderful doctors. I get in and get adjusted. then leave with a big smile on my face. thank you dr. chimenti for helping me. a tired woman forgot to write out rating for past treatments. the reception area is comfortable and front office staff I mention is superb at her job. she is always pleasant and always remembers me by my first name. she has a real good attitude and seems to really like her job. she is an asset to chiropractic center of san ramon. their office is across the street from Kaiser. I noticed a negative rating was from a pregnant woman and pregnant women forget its not the doctors and front staff fault she is pregnant AND prone to being moody. Its not really easy for a pregnant women to be able to hold their pee and are always snappy even though everyone is nice to them. the pregnant cow's negative remarks prompted me into remembering I owed nice dr.chimeti a rating. a pregnant woman is not a great patient after a baby delivery. read more

I've been to Dr. Chimenti twice now. My OB recommended her since I was having severe round ligament pain during my third trimester of pregnancy. My first visit with the Dr. Chimenti was good. My second visit wasn't as good. One of my concerns was my hip/buttocks area- which Dr. Chimenti didn't even address. I felt like she was on auto mode. The staff at the front desk (there is only two of them) is extremely rude. I believe her name is Alexa (?). I had to bring my 2 1/2 year old daughter with me- who was extremely well behaved btw. Let's just say the office is extremely NON-child friendly (despite their children's play room- that's the only place the front desk will be nice to you if you stick your kid in the playroom while there.) My second visit I had an even colder reception from the staff. This time my 2 1/2 year old daughter and my 8 week old baby- who didn't make a peep the entire time. Also, I brought my mom along who was visiting from out of town (so bringing them business). You would think that they could at least fake it while I was there. The unspoken tension and glares from behind the front desk is enough for me to find another place to visit. Also, there is a sign posted at the front desk that says something about cell phone usage while waiting- which i respected. But all i could hear was the lady at the front desk sending and receiving text messages. haha! strike out. read more

I was amazed at expertise I consistently receive from this Center and they are far best I have experienced and I have been inside every single chiropractors office in san ramon and every once in a while i will go to someone else just to make sure the quality of care i receive is still up to my high standards and not anyone compares to this chiropractor center at bishop ranch and every time i walk in is a blessing to someone like myself, and i am grateful they see me as a walkin without appointments and the walkin appointments let me be part of the healing process not just income to pay overhead and they even check messages and return phone calls even on weekends and late evenings, i must hand it to them they are truly truly worth just stopping by to visit and discuss all your health needs without worrying you are any inconvenience and every adjustment builds on previous adjustments leading to me standing up straighter and not leaning over to the side walking down the street feeling crooked and when you walk in the door give them all a hug and big kiss on cheek and tell them a very happy ongoing patient referred them their favorite friends and they will understand I yelp my happiness once again since they are well deserving of a yelp review not anyone else in san ramon deserves lip kissing of course not allowed, seriously they are the best and worth every penny i paid them for building and lasting results and they even do monthly and quarterly tuneups after results obtain so you keep feeling healthy and yes their honesty is sooooo appreciated and i trust them more that any chiropractor in san ramon! should I say more? read more
