They also worked on my steering and it was worse than it was when I took it in. I have had the mower serviced at the Eastwood Station several times and had been satisfied with the work before. I don't know if they have changed staff or what the issue is but I would not take anything to them to work on again. Had I not checked the oil (took pictures to verify it had too much oil plus it was listed on work ticket) I may have done permanent damage to the mower. I drained the oil to the proper level today and have my fingers crossed that the mower is okay.

First visit: I paid for an alignment and balance, but my truck still shook around 40 mph and the steering wheel was off-center. Second visit: I came back to have them redo it, but they said it was "too late in the day" and refused to do the alignment. Third visit (today): I brought it back again hoping they'd finally make it right. Instead, they took my truck for a drive without even asking my permission, and when they came back, there was a strong burnt brake smell. I quickly realized they had driven it with the parking brake still engaged. When I confronted the tech, he said my brakes were sticking -- which is completely false because the truck has brand new calipers and pads installed professionally. I told him the smell was clearly from the rear because the e-brake was left on, and he literally said, "It doesn't matter." That comment alone tells you everything about how little care they have for customers' vehicles. After all that, my alignment is still off, my truck still shakes at 40 mph, and my steering wheel is still crooked. I've now wasted three trips, time, and gas, and they still couldn't do the job right. I'll never bring my truck back here again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location. My driver went into the store to use facilities and while he was gone they towed my truck back to their yard and held it ransom. It was unbelievable! I held out trying to fight it and ended up paying storage fees so nine tires cost me $19,000. They are in with the sheriff in town so don't expect any help from them. These guys are con artist and terrible people. I still have lawyers going after them.
