I even asked her husband Steve Warren an automotive question, he did not hesitate to answer and offered to look into my possible issues. I had both vehicles service and I'm even bringing one again to change tires...its time. But wait thats not all....they do tire alignments here too booya. I don't think I've ever done a tire alignment on my Tacoma 2015. Soldiers, may be you were a MEPS waiver understand you have to plan ahead. You may have to wait a little. In closing, this has become my goto mechanic/tire shop and I highly recommend it. Thank You. For your haircut needs come see us @ My Barber 5953 Yadkind Rd. Guess what? Cheaper than posr

Yelp is helping companies like this scam by not posting these reviews.!!! First transmission lasted…read moreabout a month $2500 lost! Second transmission lasted not even a month! Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!

I brought my vehicle in for an issue I had with it's headlights. After a few hours they were able…read moreto fix the headlights but mentioned the collision detection & lane departure indicators were showing alerts on the dash. Neither were active prior to the repair and I found that the AWD, swerve detection, ABS, electronic locks, power windows, interior lights & other items weren't working either. I reported this to them but they claimed that they weren't working when I brought it in & advised me to take it to a dealership. Considering how some of these components are just as crucial as the headlights it makes no sense as to why I wouldn't have reported these issues as well & I know that they were working. I locked the doors when I dropped it off & again after forgetting my phone in the car. Both times the electronic locks & interior lights reacted to the key fob. The technician seemed to be able to open the doors before driving it in without having to use the mechanical key which adds doubt to his claim. The dealership determined the issue was caused a missing D/C fuse (not a burnt/broken fuse). The technician at Ray Road must have pulled the fuse when trying to determine the issue with the headlights and forgot to replaced it. The dealership not only had to replace the fuse but recalibrate all the sensors too (which wasn't covered warranty). I had the dealership send an email to the owner of Ray Road showing their findings complete with invoice/diagnostics with me CC'ed for replies. I waited 14 days but heard nothing. I followed up with my own email and got a reply. Despite the revelation of the missing fuse the owner took the word of his technician and denied any compensation for the dealer's invoice. I followed up with a reply explaining how his technician was able to open the doors to the vehicle using the electronic sensor before driving it in and reminded him of the missing fuse pointed out by the dealership. So far I have received nothing back in reply.
