They had replaced the refrigerant and I was good to go but if the A/C went out again to bring it back. On June 3rd, my A/C stopped working again so I took it back to them. When I arrived to drop it off I was wearing my Army PT shorts and the front desk lady came closer, looked me up and down and said: "Look at those legs! I'm glad it's warm outside and that's right, I got no shame." I'm glad my wife wasn't there, cause it would probably have gotten ugly. Anyone would feel flattered with a compliment, but that felt completely out of place and wrong. Now imagine the opposite, I'm the one behind the counter and say that to a lady coming in as a customer? Later on, Bob called me and explained the Condenser was bad and it would cost $775 to replace it. I told him I would have to wait to get it fixed. He charged me again $50 this time which to my surprise would not be counted against the $775 if I brought it back to them. I just got off the phone with Auto Zone and they have a brand new Condenser for $120 w/ lifetime warranty. Called another shop and they can replace it for a fraction of the cost. Best of luck to anyone bringing your vehicle there.

They charged me around $420 which I guess is about right for the labor, but the problem is what happened after that. When they gave me my car back I started getting all these warning lights and basically everything with my braking system is not functioning now. I took the car back to them to see if they could figure out what happened and after about an hour wait with them looking around the car they just told me no, I needed to take it to a dealership because they don't know what's going on. So right now my anti-lock braking system, hill start assist, electronic parking brake, vehicle stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, brake hold system, and even, for some crazy reason, my power steering system lights are on. They gave me the vehicle back this way. With the braking system not working right. Again, I did take the vehicle back to them and tried to make them fix it, I talked to all three mechanics, I called them back again after I got home and after all that none of them could fix whatever they messed up. Do with that what you will, but I can't recommend this shop at all.

It wasn't a big job, I had the parts, I just wanted a professional to install them for me. I went to JDM just to get a quote on the labor costs and spoke with JD, a mechanic there. He gave me easily the best quote that I had received from about 6 other places around town. He then told me that he had some other cars to work on and I could bring it back in a few hours. He was a man of his word, brought my car in at the agreed time and the turn around time was the quickest I had ever had. In short, the mechanics here are fair, professional, and honest! They are also very friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here.

Rodney asked his son to put it on the rack and fouñd out it was leaking transmission fluid. It was to late in the day to fix. I wouldn't be available to have it fixed until the following Monday due to other commitments. They put a quart of fluid in untill I could take it back on Monday. True to their word they took me in by 8:30 as planned. The quality of work is good and as far as I know the leak has been fixed. It was a lot cheaper than having a new transmission put in. This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with an Automotive shop. We came in here…read moreas a last resort when all of the RV service shops in the area seemed to turn us away (I think because they are packed due to memorial day weekend). We were able to work with James and he was extremely helpful in every way. He was able to get our Tow baseplate installed on our jeep in no time. I would highly recommend this shop for anything. Their customer service is outstanding and they did a speedy job for us. Not only did James do an excellent job with installing the baseplate and squaring us away with the electrical, but he came out to our motorhome and helped us connect up the tow bar. He then went back inside and looked up the proper towing procedures for our particular vehicle, came back out to tell us, and then helped us get everything setup right. Lastly, he followed us for about a mile to make sure that everything was working properly. He did all of this without being asked to do so. Curtis was our service manager, and I believe he had an appointment elsewhere when we arrived, but he took care of us and ensured that we were properly taken care of with the other gentlemen at the desk, prior to him departing for his appointment (I believe we may have cause him to be late, sorry, Curtis). I am amazed at the kind of culture of service that is bred into this shop. Every single person we interacted with was the embodiment of customer service. I must say our experience was beyond just customer service, it was more like "service for their fellow man". I very rarely write reviews for places, but I absolutely felt compelled to write this. Do not hesitate to take care of your automative needs at this place.

I brought it back at my convenience and was told it needed to be left for at least three hours to diagnose. I thought this was very strange, since the $4K job was diagnosed in less than an hour. So, I know I got hosed, just will not recommend or go back.
