The interaction was pleasant and quick--he was very straightforward and communicative. Paulie came through and trimmed the branch for us, promising to come back in the morning to remove the fallen branches. They did such a great job and our trees were looking so lush. Fast forward to this summer when a BIG storm took down a branch that just missed the corner of our house. On inspection of the branch, it was super duper hollow and riddled with carpenter ants. We were convinced our tree was toast and knew we knew we needed to call Handy Feller to give us the bad news. When Lon showed up to check out the scene, he assumed we made up our minds and told us their schedule is getting pretty far into autumn. When I said we're so bummed to see it go he kind of lit up a bit and basically said "well, not to talk myself out of work, but your tree is actually fine" and gave us tips on getting rid of the ants. We were so relieved and that made us respect Handy Feller even more. We very highly recommend hiring them to trim and care for your trees on a regular basis because they are honest and actually care about the health of the tree and will be truthful if the tree needs to be felled, which can come in pretty handy these days... lol

Two days later the crew was on the job and were a marvel to observe. They have everything running efficiently and safely. Two hours later it looked like the had never been there. Beautiful job ! Coffman's asked to use my driveway to access a neighbor's yard. I was accommodating, even moving…read morevehicles for them, but the crew repeatedly walked across my newly treated lawn and ultimately left tire marks, wood chips on my patio/fire pit, and a mess by my house. After I complained, the owner, Gary, came by and seen the mess then agreed to send a cleanup crew. However, he returned 45 minutes later on his own and phsycially threw $200 towards me on a table after I repeatedly refused it. When I asked how he'd feel if a customer threw cash at him he didn't say much. He claimed he fired the new hire over the mess--sad, considering Gary's own lack of professionalism. Just 5 weeks post-knee surgery, I ended up spending an hour cleaning my yard and my 72-year-old neighbor's yard. Doing a favor shouldn't result in property damage.

Tom from TNT tree removal service, did an excellent job today. This is the second time he has…read moreremoved a tree for us. Last evening and earlier this morning we had rain and a wind storm. I called his office, his wife Joanne answered and promised me that they would try to stop by today, if not tomorrow morning first thing. About 3 hours later Tom is on my door step giving me an estimate and concern that this tree was laying in the street edge, but not blocking traffic, all the same it was a hazard. After we agreed on his very reasonable price he started right then and there. He had a helper and a chain saw, and immediately cut the hanging branches and removed the limbs laying in the street. What relief to have him do that for us. His other crew showed up 1 1/2 hours later, to cut down the rest of the tree and remove the stump. They performed exactly what was quoted in the price. We are very happy with the company, the quality of customer service and the reasonable pricing. We where treated more like family and all the workers were very professional. We would recommend them to all our family and friends.
