Walt, the owner is exceptional; he shows passion in everything he does and it's clear he cares deeply about his establishment. I have enjoyed several different coffee drinks. The two I'd highlight as perhaps the most original offerings in town are the Quest Coffee Latte (it's made with protein powder) and the hot nitro brew. I personally love the hot nitro. As far as food and snacks, they always have excellent locally sourced goods. I believe they pulling treats from Mama Inez, a local Hispanic bakery and also Scones and Doyles (European bakery). The final highlight I'll mention is the space; it's huge! This coffee shop sits across two store fronts. One side gives study room/university vibes, while the other is more of a traditional shop. So if you want a quiet study area, you have it. If you want the atmosphere of a fully alive coffee shop, you've got it!

She was welcoming today and offered us coffee samples of a locally roasted low acid specialty coffee called Silk Coffee that she is featuring. The coffee is smooth and good. The shop is small and cozy, like grandmother's kitchen. There is one table that sits beneath a crystal chandelier. There is a glass case filled with beautiful assorted cupcakes and muffins. There are lovely cookies wrapped in cellophane on the counter. All the pastries are baked right there in the kitchen. Cheri tells us that the blueberry muffins are the top seller, so I buy one. She warms the muffin. The muffins is soft and delicious. I love this place. The shop is only open Wednesday - Friday. On Thursday, she offers a cup of free coffee with a purchase. She calls Friday "Fun Friday" with the opportunity to spin the wheel for a discount. There is a boutique on the south side of the cafe. You can enter the cafe through the boutique or through a door on the east side of the building. There are a couple parking spots in front. This is a wonderful local shop and worth the visit.

The owner was super friendly and gave us a recommendation. She told us they get their coffee local from Jamison Coffee Roasters in Greencastle. I ordered the Honey Bee latte and it was delicious! I could taste the coffee with a little sweetness too. It was just right. My husband likes a sweeter drink and he enjoyed his Iced Andes Mint Latte. I will definitely stop again at this sweet coffee shop the next time I am in town.
