I was referred to one who shortly after passed me on to someone else who appeared not to be interested in starting a program. I drove by 1-on-1 Personal fitness and decided to give it a try. I met with Adam and later talked to Amanda and was pleasantly surprised .They are always friendly every time you step in the door, knowledgeable and very supportive. Amanda worked me hard and did not allow me to beat myself up if I had a bad day. She showed me the correct way to workout to prevent injury and I have lost close to 20lbs in less then a 2 month period! If you want people who generally care about your physical health and will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals, go see Adam and Amanda/

My time training with Amanda has been beyond productive; she provides excellent workouts that challenge and entertain. I actually enjoy my workouts, as hard as they are. Her motivation truly inspires me to excel. Eating right is a massive part of staying in shape, and she helps with that, too. However, she never pushes me to buy products or pressures me to sign up for additional programs like I've run into with other trainers. Call 1on1 for a free consultation---Adam patiently listened to my concerns and answered my questions; he will do the same for you. 1On1 Personal Training is worth it! Anytime more than fills the bill. It's clean beyond belief. It's organized. It's got great quality, top of the line equipment that is maintained. The coaches are VERY pleasant and want you to succeed. Both my hubby and I have worked with Luke and he has made SUCH A MEASURABLE DIFFERENCE in our lives. Particularly, for my hubby (the million dollar man due to surgeries) He is regaining strength, balance, endurance and muscle tone and it's all due to his working with Luke. I have lost 14 pounds and a clothing size. I love that you can access them whenever and let yourself in. I love their variety of cardio and strength building equipment and free weights. I can be pretty damn picky and this place has exceeded my expectations and I don't get to say THAT very often. I would highly recommend Anytime Fitness to you.

Guess they don't really care if they make new customers. So I am going to another trainer who contacted me right away and seemed interested in getting me in. Update - this was due to an employee who was transitioning out of the company. I have since gone to the gym and it was a GREAT experience. Kyle is so nice and so helpful and really cares about his clients. The bad review I gave triggered him to call me and turn things around which he did with flying colors. I signed up and am starting on Monday! SO excited!
