In all of my years of going to a doctors office, this rarely ever happens. So I made an appointment for an annual check up, and to renew my birth control, and the staff were all more then helpful. I also had to have a physical form filled out for work, and they kindly printed it for me, and Dr.Terry William didn't hesitate to fill it out for me although he wasn't my PCP.
