I went to this salon to go from a slight red to my natural brown with caramel highlights. Although…read morethey "claim" otherwise, I was never informed that it would possibly take multiple appointments to color correct the red out. After she had color corrected, she said "there's still a little red but it will fade out". She never stated that we would need another appointment to continue to fix it. She then put brown dye (I'm guessing that's what it was) over it. I asked for my natural hair color which was visible. The top part of my hair turned out basically blonde. The bottom part of my hair is red and a dark brown. It doesn't even go all the way to my roots. I spent $360 on a terrible hair job. I called and simply asked for a refund and they said the only thing they could do was dye over it one color and anything else to fix it I would have to pay for. Absolutely ridiculous! Unless you're getting something basic, do NOT go to this salon! I left crying and I've been crying for the past two days and can't even look at myself in the mirror.

The website said it was $5 and the woman charged me $15. I casually pointed this out to her and she gave me a blank stare and said nothing even after I pulled up the website. So I paid her $15 and left, irked based on the customer service. After several follow up emails to the manager, I finally got a note back that said she would deduct the cost from my next haircut. Not impressed after this experience so won't go back. However, If Lauren ever started her own salon, I'd go there in a heartbeat. (Note the website now says Bang trims $5+) I got my hair highlighted for the first time ever last night. Lauren was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what colors I wanted and she intelligently guided me towards two different colors that I absolutely love. She also cut my hair beautifully after the color. More than that, everyone in the salon was so kind and welcoming. It was the best salon experience I've ever had. I will absolutely be going back.

The owner did a great job, she is very knowledgable and has over 20 years experience. She was able to answer any question I had, she also threw in a free cut to trim my ends. I came back here today to get a set of highlights. It was only $60 for half a head of highlights. She uses quality products and my hair always feels and looks great.
