My 18 year old daughter was driving across country and got a flat in the freeway. Major stress!!! I called to confirm they had the right tires and Freddy assured me he would look after her. My daughter got mobile and go to Robertsons. I got a call 30 minutes later from Freddy. Car was heading out of his driveway, tire fixed (nail popped in and out) and no charge!! This place is always busy. But the staff is super helpful and got me in and out in a reasonable timeframe especially considering they were super busy when I showed up. This is probably one of the best Robertson shops in the area. There is no better place to get a flat fixed. They do this free of charge and that is why I buy my tires here too. read more

So I came up here to get my tire checked because it was low and the person had an absolute terrible attitude to me because it's 30 mins before they close I had just gotten off work it's not like I could've prevented the timing and you guys are still open?!??? He got my keys and went to my car didn't even take off the emergency break and starting driving to reverse my car aggressively my car hunched on its self because the emergency break was on then he took my car into the garage and was so aggressive with it going over the equipment super rough and my whole car was shaking. The manger told me "it's okay he gets like that sometimes you'll be good" the guy with the terrible attitude was name Church I highly do NOT recommend it was so unprofessional and I just wanted to leave at this point but my car was already in the shop read more

For tires, they are great. Pricey, but great. HOWEVER....took moms car in yesterday for a blinker bulb and they gave us a $1000 estimate because of electrical melting that prevented them from even accessing the bulb. So, I went to MY mechanic and he had it replaced without any problem for $5 bulb fee. He even showed me the plug pulled at Robertsons was the wrong plug and the wear on it is perfectly normal. I am so glad I was with my mom because she is 85 and would have trusted them and paid the $1000. SHAME on Robertsons for trying to take advantage of a sweet ol lady. SHAME SHAME SHAME. read more

I really love this tire store. I've come here several times to get tires patched and it's always a free service! This is definitely where I plan to purchase my tires when I need new ones. They are pretty quick considering they have been quite busy the 3 times I've been here. I have looked at their tire prices and they seem very reasonable to me. Had a blow out on son's car after hours. Had him go to robertson tire in Claremore. Had no spare and they did not have tire in stocks said they would have it ordered in 2hrs have it done ..called 3hrs later. Still no tire. Said would be 1 to 2 hrs more 3 hrs later called said I need to leave for work. Oh truck just got here...cool I'll be right there...get there said truck just left forgot to drop off tire...said he'd call them back...went out to call Claremore tire came back in. No response. Asked when ? Said didn't know. Asked what they would do to keep my business...no response. Took tire to Claremore tire...they did not try to keep me or even try...I'm done with that kind of help...no service...will not go back. You shouldn't either...very poor service!!! read more

I came to Robertson Tire in Claremore on Friday, December 1, with a motor home I had just purchased to get the tires replaced before heading home to Iowa. When there was a issue with seized lug nuts, Aaron went above and beyond to get the RV repaired overnight with new lugs and new tires so that we could safely travel back home. I can't thank Aaron and the rest of the staff enough! Their main interest was getting us home safe and I felt like the price was very fair. If not for the smart ass mechanic at this place, I would have given them 5 STARS. The people at the front desk, especially Victoria, are especially nice to deal with! I feel like every time I have been there, they have been professional yet personable. Good about giving you their professional opinions without telling you that you there are 10 things wrong and you need to spend $1,000 at that moment, like most places. Excellent customer service!! Took my Toyota SUV in for brake noise. They replaced rotor and pads in rear and turned front, said my pads were still good on the front. (I love honesty!) Replaced a sway arm that was broken. Was able to get my car the next day and only delayed because of waiting for sway arm. They offered to put everything together so I could take it that evening if I needed it but I didn't. Ty called me with estimate and explained everything very well to me by phone. The Front desk guys were very nice too when I dropped it off and picked it up. I'll use them again for repairs! We always use Robertson for our tires. Their price was extremely fair and actually lower than what my phone app estimated based on repairs for our area!! Thanks again Ty and the rest of the employees! Jill Burns read more

They do know tires!!!! But they did work on my transmission and I left the shop 4 and 1/2 quarts low on transmission fluid. Truck stalled at the first stoplight I came to. Got home and checked fluid level. Not even touching the dipstick. I put the transmission fluid back in myself. They have always been awesome at tire stuff. No charge for fixing flats and they even put tractor tires on rims for me for free. But their attitude for the low fluid level (or no fluid put back in, they did charge me for transmission fluid) was not what I would have expected. They offered me a free oil change for something that could have ruined my transmission. I won't come back but they are really, really great at tires! read more

I had to get a slow leak repaired on one of my tires and decided to go to Robertson's Tire in Claremore instead of the usual place I go. It looked like they were busy, but I decided to go in anyway. The staff was friendly, polite, and fast...they got me in and out in half the time that it takes at Claremore Tire. AND they repaired my tire for FREE!!!!!!! I was so surprised!
