We scheduled a rv wax with them for last Wednesday between 12-2pm. They text at 11am to confirm we were on their schedule. At 2:06pm we had to call the office and were told they were running late. THEY should have called us! At 235p they showed up and we were so upset we sent them away. Not sure whose fault it is but it's bad business all around. read more

Robert's Mobile RV Wash did an excellent job cleaning our Class A Diesel Pusher. They came out after we saw their Christmas special & we ended up adding the oxidation removal service. The 2 gentleman that completed the work were professional & did a thorough job. It did take a little longer than expected but the had some equipment issues so the utilized the down time for lunch & quickly resumed working after parts/repairs were completed. Did a complete silicone new roof seal on my 5th wheel. Still working great several years later.

they arrived on time between 7-9am. There were 2 guys washing and doing the windows. The only issue we had is that we forgot to remove one side tires covering and they didn't bother to ask if we wanted those tires treated as well. But the spot free rinse is awesome and my windows look wonderful. I would have paid just to have them washed :) I have read that they usually ask to review their work, but once we were calling to give the CC they were gone. thankfully the wash was good, and fair for the price. Also we had asked previously about CC, yes they accept them. I said I will pay with a CC and tip in cash, this wasn't passed along the team. They do charge 5% fee for use of a CC. read more

You never know sometimes about a business that has less than 5 stars. If you have been in business any length of time you know that you're bound to upset a few people along the way. I'm not that guy. I'm super happy. I was staying at Sundance RV Park last weekend on the California side of Parker and they came up and solicited business from me. They gave me a fair deal as they weren't busy and I ran with it. They hand scrubbed, waxed, and cleaned my 40' 5th wheel in about 4 hours (and threw in a car wash on my truck). My trailer was heavily oxidised and they were able to remove a more than satisfactory amount of oxidation. When they washed my truck, they cleaned my rims and dressed my tires. they didn't have to do that! I got a great value for what I paid for. I sincerely appreciate their hard work, their salesmanship, and professionalism along the way. I highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

The office called me and asked if they could do my wash/wax a day earlier than scheduled. Joel & Jesus showed up, were pleasant and professional. They got right to work. As promised, they washed the roof, the whole coach and then hand applied the wax. I am pleasantly satisfied with the job they did. They even hand washed and waxed my towed car for just $20 more! I spent $170 for a 16 foot RV tear drop the size of a car, wash and wax, they left wax everywhere, and were sloppy with applying it. (got it on my outdoor black speakers, outside power outlets, and hitch light) which is very difficult to get off because it's black plastic rather than paint which absorbs. the plastic doesn't absorb the white wax like paint and now all my black accent pieces look like they have white scratches. nearly impossible to remove even with products like "back to black" I would not recommend to a friend. read more

Had my 5th wheel washed and wax and oxidation removed. They did the wax and oxidation in one bottle and charged me a lot of money. After they left I noticed they didn't remove the wax/oxidation remover all the way leaving spots of wax. I called Robert and he came out and a saw what I saw and said he would send someone out the next day but no call and no one showed up to resolve. Find someone else to wax your RV. read more

Horrible horrible job! This guy is a smooth talker, he talked me into the job by offering the best wax for the cheaper price, 145.00. The wax they used was in a Desani water bottle so who the heck knows what it really was! The trailer looked better before they screwed it up! Big swirls and circles all over! The black trim around the windows was covered in wax residue. The windows were dirty. They followed me around the trailer wiping a little as I pointed things out to them but it still looked bad! I called Robert about 3 or 4 different times and he kept promising he would come out to look at it but he never showed up! Call Franco, he did a much better job! Warning... Had Robert's RV Wash, wash, wax and buff my Motorhome. They left swirl marks all over my motorhome and blamed it on the fiberglass. They used dirty pads, and not orbital buffers and ruined the finish and it looks worse now then when they started. Tried to get him to buff out all the swirl marks and he refused, just gave me half my money back but it's probably going to cost me 2 or 3 times that amount to get my motorhome fixed. 2 guys got up on the roof to wash it and now you can see where all the cross braces are, it wasn't that way when I inspected roof in Kansas City. We had Roberts come out to give us a price on redoing the clear coat on one side of our 32ft Motorhome. He sent out one of his estimator's who called him and ask what the price would be. He gave us a reasonable price to do the job, which was close to the other prices we received from other companies. When my husband went into his shop to look at his work, Robert told him. ' Oh I need to come out and look again' so we wait another week and had to call and see when he was coming. We made a appointment , he came late as the fella did before and gave my husband some ridiculous price! I think this guy comes out to see what kinda home you live in and decides to jack the price up to see if your dumb enough to pay it!!! Be careful and I don't recommend this company for Rv painting! They are not honest, never show up on time and don't give you written estimates like a professional business! read more

MY OPINION ONLY...Your mileage may vary: We used them last year and were happy. They recommended we cutwax/wax our RV. i saw them in our park on a Friday PM and asked them to come. They said they would be there Monday AM. The following Friday 4 PM, i called them. They said they would come right away. I asked them to come next week as i didn't think 1 hour was enough time to wash/cutwax/wax a 34 footer. They said they would come Tuesday AM. At 8 AM they arrived, at 9 AM they knocked on the door asking for payment. Really? i inspected, there was dirt on all the ledges, big spots where wax had been applied, but not buffed. They did NOT in any extent of imagination cut wax. I paid them $30 less than the quoted price, the owner had the audacity to call and ask for the last $30, said i couldn't just pay whatever i wanted, he had quoted be $X. i said the job quoted was not the job done and he could sue me for the last $30. EVERYBODY i have talked to in the park said i shouldn't have paid even 1/2 as much as i did. We will never use this company again. We called somebody else, they came, did a GREAT job, and for less than Roberts had quoted in the first place. read more

DO NOT USE? I contacted Robert's to wash and hand paste my 40' 5th wheel and long bed dually pick-up truck. I was quoted $135 over the phone. I scheduled the service. When arriving, the crew said $135 for the 5th wheel and wax, only washing the truck, and $15 more to wax it. I specified I wanted hand paste wax on both. If I did want what I wanted, the price would go to $150. The owner called me after I told the crew to cancel the service and said the price he quoted was not for paste wax, nor the truck. The liquid wax "turned to paste" after it was sprayed on! After cancelling the service, the driver became rude and belligerent, storming off. The owner then called me again, acting the same way. The crew didn't know I could read and write Spanish fluently. read more

We have had Roberts many times to clean carpet, and wash the rv. Today was the first time i have ever been unhappy with the job. They usually ask us to inspect the job, today they didnot. I guess i know why. A very poor job cleaning the front of the rv and the minimum in other areas. read more

The rv was ok. They did not towel dry it or the windows. Paid extra to have my car washed. That was a total waste of money. Looked like a 2 year old attempted to wash it. Again, did not towel dry. I went over it and cleaned a lot of the dirt off and cleaned the water spots off the windows. I had used them a couple years ago and was very satisfied but this time it was terrible. Will never call them again and definitely will not recommend them. Total waste of money! read more

I didn't hire them to wash my rig. I was spending the night at Holiday Palms RV in Quartzite, AZ to break up the drive from Cottonwood, AZ to home near Riverside, CA. A RV pulled into the space next to me and within 30 minutes, this company started washing the rig. The overspray was hitting my rig and I said something to their workers and they did not respond. I went to the RV office and they said there was a wash rack area they should have moved him to and they went to speak with them. I went to a local restaurant for dinner and the office called to say Robert's was going to wash my rig. I told them not to touch it, but it was okay to wash my windshield. When I arrived back from dinner, they had just finished. I looked at the windshield and it was nice and clean. The next morning when I raised my shades, I had a crack from the bottom to the top of my windshield like a big "C". I was planning to leave by 8:30AM to drive back( I had a 3:00PM appt at home). I had to wait for the RV office to open at 9 to get Robert's phone. He said that his employees told him the crack was there(it wasn't) when they washed it. After going back and forth for an hour with phone calls, Robert said he needed to see the windshield and expected me to stay for 2 hours more for him to drive from Yuma to Quartzite. He told me he had so much business in other RV parks, he didn't care if Holiday Palms wouldn't let his crew work there anymore. He's very unreasonable and one sided. I didn't understand why his crew couldn't come over and look. Very unethical and I would never use them. read more
