I was given a demo of how to breakdown the wheelchair and how to use the standard features, right in the front store. I appreciated this very important step. It almost felt like I was purchasing a car for the first time, for my dad! It's a cute store front that reminds you of country down home shopping. Despite clearly explaining that this was a medical emergency, the pharmacist was completely rude and dismissive, and the staff made derogatory comments I could hear, including saying, "there's that girl again." This behavior is completely unprofessional and puts my health and safety at serious risk, causing extreme stress and anxiety. I was unable to get my life-saving medication promptly--something that should never happen at a pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, best believe I would have.

To assist with mobility, a friend had suggested we rent scooters rather than relying on the wheelchairs that might or might not be available at the various museums. We called Karters and they said they would deliver the scooters wherever we wanted and at whatever time! Everything was confirmed via email and they more than delivered on their promise! We changed our time (perhaps twice) and Karters was flexible and fully accomodating. Tony met us on time at our selected museum and gave a quick tutorial (the seniors had never used a scooter) on the spot. The scooters were fresh, clean and ready to roll. By the end of the day, the seniors so much enjoyed the freedom and comfort provided by the scooters that they decided they wanted them a 2nd day! We called and scheduled and did everything again day two - even riding the mall that day! (Of course we changed the pick up time 2 or 3 times.) Karters NEVER said "no" to any of our requests and served us like they were taking care of family members. Because of the ease of our visit, the seniors have agreed that we can and should do it all over again! I really cannot fully express how pleased I am with this company.

The pharmacist should be training other pharmacists in the art of caring for patients. They carry hard to find products and conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity. I wish them success.
