I called in to purchase some CBD products to help with a serious eczema flare up I was having, and Stephanie answered the phone and was truly 10/10 the entire way through. She has a ton of knowledge to share and plenty of consideration and compassion to extend to her customers as well. For example, I have a variety of food allergies, and when I asked about what CBD creams they have in stock, she took care to ask if I had any allergies to any products, and then offered to read the ingredients on each label to me (happy tears starting right about now). Stephanie also mentioned a couple products I may find useful based on our conversation (and, surprise - I love them all!). I also asked if they could accommodate a curbside purchase in light of COVID-19, which Stephanie happily accommodated. I'm literally walking past line 4 and I turn into it and she says the lines back there. so I head to the other line as 3 people coming from froze walk up and not only get in her line but while I wait to purchase my bread, frozen chicken, and creamer. yes that's it in the other line , I watch her ring up 6 different customers the weren't near the registers as she tells me to go to the other line. my line had a customer with approx 50 or more items , then another guest, then me. my stuff is finally on the belt and no one is behind me as she takes that 6th customer and closes again. so I ask for the manager at my cashier when I finally get up to him and he says it's GG. so I ask for a corporate number and her name. another worker comes up and walks back on forth and looks at an add, finally nearly 10 more minutes and he shows me a number on his phone that when you call it. There is a message that there is no live customer service and I to contact a aldi website. so disappointed, disrespected, and treated so poorly that I will never go back to the Hanover MD aldi again. food lion and Safeway from now on.

Originally, we went there to pick up B12 vitamins in the lowest mcg for my dad because his doctor said 1,000 mcg was too much for him. Most places I looked had 1,000 and above. We found the right kind of vitamins here. The price was decent. When we first walked in the lady working at the counter looked soooo ready to go home. They must have had a shift change in between because I eventually saw her huffing walking towards an employee only room and then huffing on the way out. She clearly was in a huff. On the plus side, the girl who checked us out was nice. I liked her! Now back to these discount items! I ended up purchasing two Dr. Bronner's bar soaps, two African black soap deodorant, Mega Food daily vitamin, two Mega Food Elderberry immune support gummies, and a plant based rest and repair nighttime power you add to water. The discount ranged from 25-75% off! The store has so many choices of vitamins that it is very overwhelming unless you know exactly what you are going there for. The prices are high compared to other places that I would pick up my vitamins (ie Costco, Amazon, Target, CVS). The location is a tad out of the way to just pick up vitamins, but I'm glad I stopped in for those discount items which BTW all expires late 2022.
