An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place. Obviously never going back and will tell everyone not to use them.

I'm honestly convinced that he sometimes undercharges because of how committed he is to taking care of his customers. I now drive all the way from Buckhead to Suwanee because I simply don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is rare, and Import Auto is one of those places. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
